Not sure if his name I think his name is Jimmy. I have to say that this store in particular caters to the people when you walk in the door so I needed a black button down shirt for work I asked to jump and could he help me not only did he help me then, but I just called him on the phone and he found something Else I needed for my work busy day and stuck it to the side for me. I can’t tell you you just don’t get that Customer Service anymore anywhere so if there’s anything that you do if corporate reads these reviews, I wanna tell you that Jimmy I think his name is is a big part of why that business platform is so successful, thank you so much for this. Super excellent customer service. James

Prices are competitive with Target and there's a lot of floor space dedicated to decorative items that a family with growing children would find less than practical but empty nesters redoing their home would find artsy

I went in to get a pair of shoes real quick and the cashier was very friendly. The price was very good and I am happy with what I got. I recommend checking them out if you are on a budget but don't want to look like it. As in getting something that is compared at $60 but pay $20 or $30.

Good bargains, friendly staff and helpful with returns. I always went to this store 10+ years ago when I was in middle and then high school and found lots of cute and affordable clothing. I would have to say I'm not a huge fan of the selections these days, I find a few tops here and there but not like it used to be.
I remember the other side of T.J. Maxx having a cashier on both ends, so you'd have to walk all the way to the other entrance to check out. I do like their automated checkout line, however.

This is the best TJ Maxx I've even been to and it's one of those jumbo stores with Home goods as well which blows my mind! The selection of women's clothes was incredible I've never seen so many high end brands in a TJ Maxx, such as sanctuary, blank NYC, Calvin Klein, etc. The Home goods section was also great, there was a lot of Hello Kitty items which are my favorite! The pet section also had a great selection, tons of toys and cute clothes, I got my pup a Juicy sweatshirt! This is the type of TJ Maxx you see on Tik Tok! I spent 2 hours in here and could have easily been in there for longer, will be returning!
