The home was/is fully renovated, beautiful, spacious, and a great location a block from the beach. We enjoy the rear expansive deck and pool fully landscaped for privacy, the upper level deck with tall Adirondack chairs and the front porch rockers day and night. Its location, just a block from the ocean and beach, (essentially across the street!) makes for cool breezes sitting outside listening to the ocean waves especially in the evening after a day at the beach or in town. The area is quiet and tranquil yet walkable and bikeable to all that Cape May offers. We often end our evenings strolling along the Promenade, which Mayor Mullock tells us will be extended to Wilmington Avenue soon! We are especially pleased to share our home with discerning, thoughtful and appreciative guests. Anne Barry and the Coastline realtors have done a fantastic job of finding guests who help us to enjoy and look after our BEST beach house ever! Several whom return in appreciation of our efforts teamed with Coastline support. The home is tucked into a quiet residential area and is home away from home for us, family, friends and guests. “Thanksgiving 2024 in Cape May! We needed a place big enough for 20+ and nice enough to stay inside in case of rain (it did!). Ryan, Holly, and their team made it happen in the most beautiful home - 1005 Beach Ave. Everything was as promised – the linens, furniture, and outdoor cushions in place (November!) It was clean – comfortable, relaxing. We had the best time! Most gatherings were around the giant kitchen island (there were many opinions on preparing the turkey), more time at the giant dining room table. Even more spent in the living room(s) for games and conversation. 20+family and beds for us all. Everyone had a great time because everything was perfect about this house!
