We always use Jersey Cape Realty whenever the family spends a week in Cape May. They are personable, professional, and always make sure your needs are met! From a gorgeous Victorian mansion, to a beautiful house a block off the beach, we have always been happy with Jersey Cape.

Avoid at all costs if you are coming with a family or young kids because they will hold you to the 10AM checkout and charge you $100 fee if you’re even 30 minutes over. Will never book with Christie Skinner or this realty again.

Never book a rental without looking at it 1st. 1022 Maryland Avenue. We had every window open for fresh air. This place looked and smelled like the 70's. Very old & outdated furniture. We're all going home with our hair,clothes and bedding smelling like stale mildew. The laundry mat is going to love our business when we get home. I already gave our dog groomer a heads up to give our girls extra tlc...horrible experience...

Happy with some aspects, although we were disappointed with others. The disappointments were: Check-in handling, rental amenities accuracy, remedy of broken glass situation. Some details noted, plus questioned in my phone call during the week preceding were inaccurate, such as the included beach chairs and umbrella and bed sheets. Each property should have a checklist showing what is included: beach badges, chairs, toilet paper, sheets, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The realtor's answer to this was that we should bring these items, since what is provided varies for different rentals. As travelers know, each additional item to be packed requires more time and more space. About check-in, we walked by with an unhappy baby in the stroller 40 minutes early, but were told that we could not checkin early. We came back two minutes before the time, to hear the (not friendly) woman telling another renter, then me, that we should go slowly to the rental so as not to try to enter before the exact time. The third disappointment was realtor's response to broken glass on the deck. Two family members got glass in feet before we realized the extent of the problem. When I called the realty office, the woman proceeded to tell me about her experience with glass in her foot, including the shot to anesthsize. The cleaning crew came by late that day, right at the start of a thuderstorm, with their answer of two small mats delivered the next morning. TWO DAYS LATER they sent another crew with a shop vac, which finally fixed the situation.The experience with Jersey Cape Realty for Cape May was like a "mass production," as opposed to the individual handling I have found in other states and in Europe. I just believe that for the price of a weekly rental, better realtor service could be provided.

We had such a great experience renting our vacation home through Jersey Cape Realty. Their rental team is wonderful and has made the process easy. We look forward to using their office again next year.

Excellent people who are always willing to help. I've used the website to book and there are times that I had the staff help. I tell them what I am looking for and they email me matches. Haven't let me down yet and I doubt they ever will. We love Cape May and Jersey Cape Realty!

The central air broke during a heat wave and was not repaired for over 24 hours. We had infants and senior citizens with us. While the system was eventually repaired the owner refused to compensate us for our difficulty. They did not take a single cent off the $7,000 plus rental cost of 114 Decatur and instead sent us a bill claiming we left food in the fridge. Do not rent from this agency they will not help make things right in the event of a problem. Further, small issues included no toilet maker, broken ice maker, failure to allow us to check-in at the time agreed upon in the lease (one hour late), broken towel bars, musty, dirty blankets and pillows, and uneven dangerous structural conditions throughout the home. P.S. no family friendly amenities i.e. no pack n play, no high chair, and no beach amenities were provided - no tags, no chairs, no cooler. Consider renting anywhere else.

We had an amazing experience with Jersey Cape reality. The staff is very professional,kind,considerate and very knowledgeable about the experience that they provide in selling your home and or purchasing a home.We were sellers and I would highly recommend Jersey Cape Reality to everyone as our realtor Kelley Neidoba was extremely professional,very helpful and made everything go extremely well as we had been at our home for 30 yrs. We had guidance and support through the entire process and extreme thoughtfulness through out the sale of our home.There were some bumps in the road however nothing to do with Jersey Cape Reality.Kelley made a difficult process very easy and simple for us as we moved on to our next adventure.Thank you so much!!!!Cheers to Jersey Cape RealityMike and Cheryl Bargull ❤️

Rented a house through Jersey Cape. After checking in home called for “Two adult bikes.” No bikes at home, was told to rent them and pay for them myself. No gas in grill. Pushed to have me pay additional $150 cleaning bill. Tried to keep $500 security deposit. Homeowner left private stuff all over home including dirty underwear. Jersey cape Realitor would not take my calls. Did not honor signed lease.

At last moment my son was able to get off from work, and Cape May Realty was able very quickly to find us a pet friendly rental in Cape May, for July 4th week at that! We had a great time, picking up and dropping off keys was easy and helpful.

So disappointed in Jersey Cape Realty's follow-up and communication when a problem is found in their rental properties! Even worse would be the switching of the property you paid to rent to a less costly property the same day you were to arrive and not reimbursing the difference (again without notification!) They may handle sale of properties better, but are definitely lacking in the vacation rental arena!!
