I'm kind of thrown off by some of the reviews- I've shopped here a handful of times and always had a positive experience. Their staff is friendly and always willing to help me find a style or size (even from the dressing room), and they're available to answer questions or make suggestions without being overbearing. It's usually one of my first stops as soon as we arrive in Cape May every year, and I've rarely left empty handed.

Cute shop however staff was rude to my daughter. Prices are high which is NOT a problem but I feel she and her friends were followed to see if they were shoplifting and when my daughter tries something on and it honestly didn't fit staff rolled their eyes at her. Will not be returning.

Poor customer service, unreasonable return policy. My mother spoke highly of the boutique and we were looking forward to returning on our weekend trips but after the experience she just had, we will not be returning.

Hate this store, always so rude and unprofessional. Came in and they never carry larger sizes, return policy is completely unreasonable. Have never had a good experience here. Also the clothes are horrible quality for what you’re paying for them. Jessica really needs to learn how to pick clothes that are actually attractive, not something an old lady would wear. There’s a reason I never see anyone buying anything

Amazing selection, quality products and brands. The staff is friendly and helpful without being too pushy or intrusive. I am always happy to support a small business and I find their store policies fair. It is up to us as consumers to take personal responsibility for items we purchase, and respect the business and their policies.Can’t wait for my next trip to see what’s new in their shop!

My first few experiences were positive and I bought a few nice pieces. I just left the store with a return that was a gift for my daughter. They refused to return the item, not clothing, pointing out a 10 day return policy.I think it’s unreasonable for a vacation destination. Poor customer service.

My friend had a truly horrendous experience at this store. She went to return two dresses that did not fit, but because she had recently returned from a trip she was barely past the store's draconian return policy.The store clerk was terse and downright rude, to the point of reducing my friend to tears. When my friend asked if there was anything she could do, as the two dresses totaled $330, the clerk just said, "Well if it was ME I would have just returned them on time, so..."The attitude was shockingly hostile and lacking in grace. The clerk then said to email the owner, which my friend did, and she has yet to hear back from the owner months later.There are many great stores in Cape May. I would recommended shopping at the ones which value and treat their customers with respect, a group to which Cash & Clive apparently does not belong.

I absolutely love this little boutique located on Washington Street mall.Are used to be located in a different building but I’m so happy to see that they’re doing well enough to have their own standalone store on this Main Strip.They mostly have clothes stylish clothes for women and is by far my wife’s favorite store in Cape May

After a short misunderstanding about sale items being final, the owner stepped up and gave me the resolution I was looking for. They were very quick to act and attentive. Love their merchandise really great selection can’t wait to come back.
