I have used may Realtors for my real estate investment portfolio. Charity Clark was exceptional as a listing agent. She was efficient, solved so many issues before they were a problem so the transaction was seamless. She also saved me money and made me money whenever possible. She was my advocate. Agents use the word professional, but what you really need is an intelligent person looking after their client's financial interests. Thomas Piecara , helped my family in record time, we needed a place for my elderly father and his wife to live , because their house was crumbling beneath them .He showed us a place that was perfect for them. They are so happy with their new home now, and we’re so relieved.There are no words on how much we can thank Thom for how much this meant to our family.I highly recommend Thomas, he’s a very impressive , dynamic, thoughtful, and helpful, gentleman.

I had a great experience with Cape Resorts. The agent, Ann Marie, was invaluable during the sales process. Initially setting an aggressive sales price and continuing with staging ideas along with other useful tips. The end result was I got a great price and a very pleasant experience!The level of professionalism, attention to detail and personal involvement was refreshing! I'll be buying another property in the Cape May area soon and I'll be happily using Ann Marie and the crew at Cape Resorts again.

We love Cape Resorts Realty Group! The realtor our family worked with was Anne Marie Waxman and she is a real Go-Getter! When we first met Anne Marie, we felt comfortable with her immediately. She took the time to truly listen to what we had to say and fully capture what we were looking for in a home. She is extremely knowledgeable about her market and if she couldn't immediately answer a question we had, she found the answer for us. She helped us find our home, and she was there for us throughout the process, right up to closing and beyond for follow up. We would definitely choose Cape Resorts and Anne Marie Waxman again when we are looking to sell or purchase a new home.

I had the please of meeting Annemarie last week at Cape Resorts Realty . She patiently listened to my “wants and do not want list” and we went off to search for the perfect house . She knows all about the area and was a pleasure to be around . We did not find our dream home but will be back down to work with Annemarie again soon !
