Supposed to open at 9am. Went at 9am twice and no one there. Called the number and someone told me they were running about 40 minutes late. When I told him that’s not helpful when people have important packages with deadlines he promptly hung up on me. Fed ex should not allow this person to do business. Totally unprofessional,
