Cool vibes and a good gas quality. I took some out my empty tank they filled and I tested it. Some of the finest gas I have ever used this side of the Mississippi. Great Staff. Great Location. great Price. great and cool and a vibe. By the way there was no wait at all, they were right and they even pulled the gas for me

Went in to diagnose a leaky tire myself utilizing their air pump. Jerry came out and also told me about the tub they have to find leaks. After not finding anything Jerry came out to see how I was doing. He then sprayed the tire for leaks, again couldn't find anything. He mentioned he could get me a tire if I wanted to go that route. I was going to handle it myself because I usually do. Out of curiosity I asked price and time it would take for a new tire. The price was very reasonable and time was extremely quick. I had a new tire mounted and balanced within 6 hours. Thank you for the great service. I will be back if needed

Our check engine light went on during our trip to Cape May in our Honda CR-V. We were nervous about whether it would get us home safely so we took it to Cape Harbor Shell. Jerry got us in right away and Art had it fixed in a few hours. We were so fortunate to find such a convenient location with friendly service and reasonable prices!

Not sure what the guys name was my wife and I stopped. We had trouble with the truck. There’s a guy I think his name is Jerry one of the nicest guys in the business right over the Cape May Bridge saved our vacation. He stopped what he was doing and we knew this is a very reputable business ?..

Drove down to Cape May with the family. My car’s splash shield started to drag. Spoke with Jerry, he and Art took care of me like I was a local.

"0" stars: DANGER - AVOID this mechanic (Jerry). Negligent, dishonest and an angry swindler. He did not take time to clean off the rust on the rim of my wheel when he changed my tire. Next day I had a complete flat because there was no air seal between the rim and the tire. I replaced it with a spare tire. Pure negligence that could have resulted in a big accident on the highway. Why would you put a new tire on a rusted wheel without cleaning off the rust? I came back the next day, he was defensive, rude and angry. He asked me to pay more money. I paid more, but he did not clean off the rust.
He kept advising me to leave my old rusted wheel at his shop and order a new one. I realized he wanted to sell it as a used one to someone else or to me. Negligent, dishonest and angry person.
After nothing was fixed I went to Walmart, they cleaned the rust off and put the tire back on and did not charged me for the job.

While traveling Atlantic City Expressway, we (and 2 other vehicles) ran over an object (none of us saw what it was), roadside assistance came and assisted in putting on the donut tire. We traveled to Stone Harbor (40 miles), called our dealership, they told us we had to have our car towed to their dealership in PA. My husband called Art at the Shell Service Station, the following day,,and he was able to order 2 new tires for the back of our car, within 5 hours! We were in and out of the Service Station within 1 hour on that day! Thank you so much Jerry and Art for such terrific service! Service Center's like yours are almost a thing of the past. We appreciate your service and look forward to seeing you every trip to Cape May and filling up with gas!

A headlight went out in our car while visiting Cape May. I stopped by to see if I could get in to get it fixed and this Shell station fixed it immediately and at a reasonable cost (cheaper than if I had brought it to a dealership). Great customer service!

This review is two months overdue.... On September 3rd—the Saturday of Labor Day weekend—I blew a tire while driving off of the ferry from Lewes, DE at the Cape May Ferry Terminal. The DRBA officer who came to my aid in the parking lot somehow got Jerry Mancuso—the owner of Cape Harbor Auto Repair, Inc.—on the phone. And late on a Saturday afternoon of a 3-day-weekend federal holiday, he drove his tow truck to the ferry terminal, picked me and my car up, and drove us to his Shell Station/Repair Shop. While he didn't have on hand a tire of the same specs as my other three, he is knowledgeable enough to know that a tire he *did* have would work fine, would get me to my destination, etc. until I could find and purchase a matching tire. Even while he was dealing with other customers, he got the tire on my car and had me on my way! I don't recall precisely, but I think, when it was all over, I was a mere one hour late to my destination. Considering the way things *could* have gone (I was envisioning having to leave my car at the terminal for three days, and get the problem solved on the subsequent Tuesday), losing an hour was the proverbial "walk in the park!" All throughout, Jerry was warm, gracious, explained things, talked through my available options, etc. I don't know, of course, but I imagine he is beloved and relied upon by area residents—he certainly deserves it!Service: Auto tire replacement
