Kinda cramped as most the isles are only a few feet wide. Not helped by how most the shoppers are always brainlessly wandering without awareness for their surroundings. It is the only supermarket on the island tho so unless you feel like treking to the farms on the west side of the island or driving 30 minutes to abdifferent suppermarket thid is like the only choice

I have been shopping at this Acme since it opened as we have had a family home here since 1957. Today as usual I asked Barry to stamp my parking receipt. Sometimes there is a line on Sunday to leave so always best to get it stamped. He said I was still in my 30 free minutes and refused. The woman working with him said I could then go to other stores and use the stamped minutes accusing me of attempting to scam the system in front of other customers. If I wanted to do that I could of course have gone to other stores used up my free 30 minutes and then gone to Acme and got $4 off my parking. I wasn’t scamming, just buying groceries, and you have lost a good customer due to your accusatory employees.

Tried to go there, but as I pulled in from the south I couldn't reach the ticket dispenser without getting out of the car. Then I realized it cost $8 an hour. Realizing it usually takes me longer than an hour to grocery shop so it would be $16 I backed out and went to Shop Rite. I am guessing shop rite tricked Acme into putting in that paid parking so we would go somewhere else. Got to be the most stupid thing a grocery store could do. No sign side it was free with Validation so I wasn't going to try it. I vote with my dollars... ROFL. Those folks running the store must be...

Plenty of parking. The only downside is the 30 free parking is not enough time to do shopping at Acme

Needed a place to stop for provisions before heading to the beach. Supermarket has it all. We grabbed drinks at a good price, a sandwhich, chips and cookies. We had to go back in to get one of those freezer bags. We are at the beach right now and so far it is working as intended. Not good for all day but a couple hours.

The lottery machine was without paper to print and with already $6 credit money put in. The only responsible person/ manager was in a 15 min break in the store, with no willing to assist in advance and I had to wait her till her break finished. Fantastic...

Felt like a pet store featuring fish mainly but there was no sushi. We were just in for a few days so stuck to the beach basics but there wasnt any sushi and the prepared stuff for heat and go was like non existant. To busy to squeeze for the local dinners which seemed awesome but really needed some sushi and the manager I have no clue what he was doing when I asked I really dont want to know but it wasnt helping customers looking for something to eat and eat fast. I think he was rushing to pay his verizon bill or something lol.

Nice little store that is well stocked and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This place does not have a bakery inside the store. It was almost impossible to get in the parking lot.
