Where do I begin? All of our contact with the Innkeeper, Liza, was amazing. She is wonderful! Although this was a bit of a splurge for me and my daughter for a big birthday, we loved every minute of Cape May and this beach house. Room was very clean, had everything we needed! Love the proximity to the beach. All the food was amazing. Lobster House Schooner, Harrys, Lookout (wow) and Farmhouse Winery. Cant wait to go back next year. Thank you Liza and staff.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful beachfront property in Cape May, NJ. From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of fantastic, promptly tending to our every need and request.The home itself was a delight. Each room was tastefully decorated, capturing the charm of the beach and creating an environment of comfort and relaxation. The rooms provide everything you need except the beach but, We were particularly smitten with the sweeping ocean views that greeted us every morning, a constant reminder of the unrivalled location.What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional service. The staff's dedication to our comfort was evident in their attention to detail, promptness, and constant willingness to go the extra mile. It was the people behind the scenes who made our stay truly memorable, turning an already stunning beachfront home into a haven of peace and relaxation.If you are planning a family trip to Cape May, there is no better place to stay. We left with our hearts full of joy and fond memories of the beautiful beach, the luxurious home, and the staff who treated us like family. We cannot wait to return.

Have stayed here twice, and had a great time both times!!The location is amazing, as the beach is right outside the place. The mall was a decent walk, but very manageable. The room itself was nice, having pretty good storage, and fit everyone in comfortably. The owner was really sweet, and super accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay both times, and would 100 percent recommend staying here!!

We had a perfect trip! We booked last minute but our stay could not have been better! Everything was so clean and we had everything we needed. The innkeeper is so sweet and kind. She became like a family member.

It was our first time in Cape May and we absolutely loved it !Location of 931 Beach guest house is great, it’s close to all the shops , restaurants, market amd best of all the beach , right across the street.It’s beautifully decorated , very clean , cozy and light , just perfect for us .The innkeeper, LiZa is so wonderful, her hospitality is so welcoming and she is willing to accommodate with anything she can . Definitely recommend coming here , it’s a nice gate away without going too far .

The location of this amazing property couldn't be better, which is why my wife and I (along with our adult daughters) make a trip here every year to start our summer. Located directly across from the beach, it is extremely convenient for those who want a day at the beach with the convenience of being at home. The real star of the show is the Innkeeper, Liza, what a great person. Being understaffed due to a difficulty finding staff (a very common problem at this time), you would never know it. The Inn is meticulously kept, the rooms are quaint, clean, and have a great beach vibe. Chill, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet. We have already booked our stay for 2022, and there are few properties that I look forward to returning year after year, but this is one of them! Jim and Kim H

We go to Cape May every year and we are always looking for the best place to stay for ourselves and our two young children. We had a wonderful stay at the 931 Beach Guest House. The guest house is clean and comfortable and the owner is so warm and friendly. She is very helpful with any questions or concerns. The location of the guest house is convenient to the beach and other activities. We can’t wait to return!

My family and I had a great time at 931 beach ave (despite the terrible weather!) Our room was clean and cozy. The location is perfect-you can walk to everything!! The innkeeper-Liza was so sweet- she told us we could checkout as late as we wanted because our last day was the only day it didn’t rain!!

931 Beach is always perfect. My wife and I have stayed multiple times with and without our kids. Liza the innkeeper is so kind and always goes beyond to ensure our stay is perfect. We look forward to going back soon

Guest house is a beautiful Victorian building that has been renovated into lovely rooms. Great views of the ocean from the front rooms with chairs to enjoy the view! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We have already booked our return visit in the Fall!
