Firstly, the staff Mike and Guy helped to sort things out on the spot and had patience with my (let's be honest) not very good English. Secondly, Dillan from the sales department was attentive, offered a variety of options and was really committed to helping me make the best choice. The offices in both buildings are clean, cool, and the atmosphere is friendly (unlike one office in Avalon where I had the misfortune of spending 4 hours). After several test drives, I settled on a Subaru. And the employee Roy talked about additional insurance, and was friendly and pleasant. I have seen such car services in films about America: family-run, decent, pleasant, extremely democratic. I liked that this car dealer is socially responsible and is involved in local charity.
