I knew someone who brought their truck here to be fixed They kept it for months, charged outrageous fees. Didn't even fix the problem. They left parts out and never put back. They were extremely rude. Truck still isnt running right. I would never recommend this crooked company to my worst enemy. A big 0.

As a new resident that recently moved in I stopped at the local Ford dealer to purchase a new F250 upon reading the window sticker they are asking an additional $10,000 market value correction which I call ripping off the consumer they are already making their profit margin through the MSRP way to go Kindle ford I'll still deal with my old Ford dealer I just drive a little more

Worst seller and service in the world definitely don't go and don't buy anything! The mustang I bought 1 month ago, I only drove a thousand miles and the brakes of the car broke! Then I went to the service, I had a reservation and they made me wait 6 hours for nothing, they said I had to pay 600$ just to check it out I waited 6 hours. Definitely do not choose, you will regret it!It was a complete disaster that the driver, who took the car to the test, left his garbage inside.!!Service: Brakes

Went here to look at Jeep Grand Cherokee L, inquired online about the vehicle and this dealership is marking up some of their vehicles including a few I looked at 2000 to 4000 above MSRP. It is disgusting in my opinion and if you read the news this is not do to inflation at all, it's strait up gouging and greed. I have lived here over 30 years and you bet I am telling anyone I know in the market about this price gouging. By the way, Lilliston Jeep in Vineland doesn't try to club you over the head at all. There are no mark ups on their cars as a matter of fact you can order exactly what you want and not pay a cent over MSRP. Bad enough we are suffering through gas prices and inflation and these guys just take advantage as much as they can. SHAME on THEM

When you buy a vehicle at Kindle you are asked to purchase a service plan for oil changes etc. They tell you when you are ready all you have to do is call and set up an appointment. I have purchased over 11 vehicles from Kindle over the years and never had an issue until now. My spouse and I both have vehicles from Kindle. When we called to set up appointments for oil changes we were told they don't have appointments and that if I come early in the morning I can just drop it off and leave. It may take 90 minutes or multiple hours depending on how busy they are. My wife and I both work full-time. We don't have the ability to sit in a dealership until they can get to our cars. If this was the case I would have never of purchased the service plans. I'm sitting here on a Saturday morning at Kindle waiting for both of my vehicles with over 15 other customers. Never again.

Fran Adelizzi, General Manager of Kindle Auto Plaza, is a dishonest and dishonorable person. The Lincoln Certified Vehicle program is a lie. I bought a "certified" Lincoln in September. Service technician confirmed flat spots and cupping on tires due to extended time setting on lot. Adelizzi said he would replace 2 tires. When vehicle was in service department to have tires installed, he called me and said he would not lose money on me and to go to Chapman for my vehicle needs.

Decided to try to get an oil change at this dealership after reading the reviews. I showed up at 8 am as they take walk ins. I was told to wait for 3 hours or come back around 2pm and they would take my Grand Cherokee for the oil change. I had to work so I decided to come back at 2 pm and was told that there is no way they can take my truck today as they are completely booked and they told me to leave it until tomorrow. I won't be wasting my time at this dealership anymore as I had to go there twice and in the end not have an oil change done. I recommend that you don't waste your time either and drive to the next closest Jeep dealership. The drive might be further but at least you will drive out with your vehicle being serviced. Thanks for wasting my time and mileage on my lease.

My mother in law came in to look at a truck Kindle had listed for sale. She was assured over the phone that the truck was in perfect working order so she made the 2 hour round trip to look at it. As soon as they brought it round and started it up the check engine light came on. As aforementioned she had been told there were no alerts on the dash and we suspect that they cleared the code in the hopes it would stay off until she had left the lot and they could feign ignorance to the problem. Avoid this place like the plague.
