I cannot say enough good things about Kierstin Cooper at the Cape May Court House branch. I was dreading going to the bank because I had to do a couple difficult things for my business account. She went above and beyond with helping me and made the process easy, quick and painless.

When my father passed away in April, I had to take care of a lot of their banking issues due to my mother not being able.This branch, especially Denise Castro and Nicole Morris, took care of EVERYTHING for me. They made suggestions and recommendations that helped my mother and family tremendously.Not only that, but this was the friendliest bank branch I've ever been in. Much thanks to that team for making this difficult time a little easier.

Very disappointed in my first experience here. Not friendly towards out of state folks. I wanted to open a business account and decided to do it here instead of a large bank to support local banks. I also grew up here, love this area, and visit my parents frequently. However, I'm no longer a resident of NJ and they would not allow me to open one.

On July 7 my husband and I met with Denise Castro, Personal Banker, to enable my husband to receive electronic statements and write checks on behalf his ailing cousin. Denise was very professional and customer service oriented. We appreciated her assistance!

Terribly disappointed! My wife Megan Menz loved ocean first mainly for their customer service they were always so helpful and understanding. She was very worried once they moved to Cape May Courthouse this will change and today it was confirmed that it has. There was an error on the account It really was no one's fault not the bank not ours kind of a combination of things including the company involved but ocean first wanted nothing to do with helping us with the issue aside from the young lady continuously repeating it was not their fault. We have both been dealing with customer service our entire lives and in both of our family businesses we definitely go the extra step to make our customers happy something ocean first was not willing to do today. They returned my wife's phone call at 5:10 they close at 5 o'clock so we had no way of getting there to sign a paper to help rectify the problem however we will be there first thing tomorrow morning to close our account.
