Six year customer. Most of the time they achieve a higher score than three, today’s service was different. In quick service bay at 7:30 , fourth in line for oil change and tire rotation. Eleven total customers in waiting room at 10.00 I was sitting alone. Just posting my opinion. Someone should have told me two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

Horrible customer service. Rude employees and lackluster performance. I purchase a vehicle from them and all fuel pump injectors blew immediately after… vehicle only had 45k miles on an F350 so there’s ZERO reason this should happen. Their response was “good thing you got the extended warranty.” After being in the shop more months than we owned it the engine eventually blew. (Not an old vehicle.) after investigating - the vehicle had a history of CEL on and going into “safe mode”… I have a copy of the vehicle history report showing they would clear the codes with no actual service performed on the vehicle. Too little too late to obtain that, in my case. Make sure you get a full vehicular service report PRIOR to purchasing a car… you’d be surprised.
UPDATE: most definitely purchased AT kindle ford in cape may. Under my maiden name. Service report Mike F*. In the service department… but by all means, please pretend you don’t know me by your response!

These guys are absolutely criminal. They sell cars way over priced that they are incapable of fixing because they do not know how and or cannot get parts and force the customer pay on behalf of there mistakes. Horrible people, horrible service. Dealt with Fran and Chris was the worst experience of my life

I'm sorry, the woman I was dealing with was named Autumn not Amber. Don't want this horrible service dealership to prey on anybody else. Want to make sure you had her name correctly. Don't DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION

Our kids drove in from Ohio to join us for a week long vacation in Cape May and their car (still under Ford powertrain warranty) developed a serious shake that got worse as the trip went on. No steering wheel vibration and no check engine light. The following Monday we called Kindle, explained our situation, and asked if they could fit us in. No deal..... 'We're booking 1 + week out, sorry.....'.We tried the next closest Ford dealer and got the same response. We then called the local Cape May repair shop (Riggins) and they fit us in the next day, diagnosed the problem (bad inner CV joint), ordered the parts, and had it fixed and ready to go by end of day Friday before we had to check out and head back. Couldn't be happier and more appreciative.... of Riggins.Ford - you can do better. Or should. We'll see how our luck with getting reimbursed for the warranty work with Ford corporate goes. The car only has 22,000 miles and has only been serviced at Ford dealerships......I'm rethinking that for future service.Update: unlike the owner's response, we would not expect people who have current appointments to be 'pushed aside'. I would expect a repair business to be run similar to a doctor or dentist office (or plumbing or HVAC business) where they make allowances in staffing or scheduling for people with true emergencies. In our discussions with Ford today about getting 3rd-party repair warranty reimbursement, they denied it, claiming that 'shop capacity' (or lack of capacity) is not a valid reason to go to a third party for repairs. Consider that warranty loophole if you're buying a Ford and plan to take it more than a few hours from home. They apparently expect you to either drive your car back home (8 + hours, in our case) with a major problem (rough shaking at 50 mph +) or leave it with an out-of-state dealer for an extra week or two, rent a car to go home, then come back a week or two later to pick the car up and drive it back home. Or they could just pay a 3rd party shop to fix the bad CV joint (probably comparable to dealer cost) and have a happy return customer. Next step is the BBB dispute resolution listed in the warranty book.

Came here for an oil change, and I just cannot believe the service I received from the quick lube department. The gentleman‘s name was Matt and the other gentleman‘s name was Bob from the moment I pulled in I was immediately greeted The gentleman had told me that he knew who I was, and was going to be with me in a few seconds shortly after while sitting down, I noticed the amenities with free coffee, chips, cookies, rice, crispy treats , well surpassing the experience I ever had going to a dealership. .I could tell by listening to the gentleman who is handling the customers before me, that he actually sincerely cared about their vehicle and their time. I was so surprised by the service I walked over and spoke to the owner who was extremely friendly and wanted to hear my positive feedback. In closing we will be buying our next vehicle here outstanding service to the team.

I recently went to Kindle for an issue I was having with the sunroof of my Explorer. During my visit, I interacted with staff in the parts department, at service desk, and with a service technician. The experience could not have been more pleasurable. The staff was very professional and I felt that they truly cared about resolving my issue, which they did. I would highly recommend Kindle for your service needs!

Swindle kindle. The stealership of all stealerships. I will never recommend anyone to ever buy a vehicle or have their vehicle serviced here. Steer clear and beware.
