They moved me into a storage unit with a leaky roof. Prior to moving into said unit, the previous floor was rotted. They reluctantly replaced the floor and told me I was good to go. A month in I realized my things were getting wet and I notified them. They gave me a damp rod to “ solve the problem”. Unit continued to leak and they did not take care of the problem instead suggested that I “take my things and go elsewhere”. So I did. My things were damaged and boxes were wet. Expensive tv ruined. Do not recommend this place at all.

They told me they had 24hr access, so I spent $350 getting boat insurance since they said it was required, then later they told me they don't actually have 24hr access... so I'm out $350 for nothing and have to find a different storage place. Also now I'm going to have to update my insurance with the new address. Huge hassle and expense for 0 benefit.

Safe secure dry and friendly.. they have outside storage for boats busses to trucks i even seen a new moduler stored.
