I brought my C8 in for a yearly service(Oil,Fluids,etc)I called to make an appointment and Sharon got me right in,I told her I was going to wait for my car while it was being serviced and she told me she would do her best to expedite my service.When I arrived Mason greeted me at the service desk with a smile and within 5 minutes my car was taken into a service bay.Within one hour my car was serviced and I was on my way.I would also like to thank Manuel who performed the service on my C8 and treated my car like it was his own.I watched him pull my car in and then out of the service bay from the customer waiting area and he was a true professional.Small details like that are what matters most to me.I would give 6 stars if I could.Bring your car here for service even if you purchased somewhere else.Thankyou Burke Motor Group...

The service agent, Jeff, was extremally nice and made sure to explain everything to me and he got my car into the technician and back to me a great time.
Cashier was very helpful and explained to me how to use my GMC rewards.

Picked my car out online and within a few days it was mine!! Absolutely love my new/used 2020 Buick Enclave ❤️❤️ Got my first service done today and definitely faster than I expected! Awesome service team.
Update: Got my service done again and as always didn’t disappoint at all. Made my appointment right through the myBuick app and even though it didn’t schedule both services I checked they still got the jobs done for us.

I have gone here twice in the last week. Both times no one came out to help me after walking around for 20 minutes. Guess I’m going up the road to purchase a $70,000 truck.

IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET STARTED ON MY CAR, BUT THE DRIVER MIKE WHO TOOK ME TO THE SHOPPING PLAZA WAS A GREAT SERVICE. AND HE PICKED ME UP WHEN MY CAR WAS READY.
