This is a pretty good carwash. Hence the 3-star rating. What generated my review is the hand-hold on the driver side door. I mean the one that I use to open and close the door. Mine has a bottom, like a little bowl where debris accumulates. I don’t know which part of the car wash process is responsible for wiping the area: the vacuum people at the beginning or the wipe-down men at the end. Yesterday, the hand hold on the driver side door was never touched. It was just as dirty when I drove away as when I drove in. I understand that a 10 minute carwash is not going to yield the same level of cleanliness that a car detailing would. I do expect that the area will be wiped. (It’s the “little” things) I have been here dozens of times over many years. And in that time I have had expectations that on multiple visits were not met. I will try to find another full service carwash. I am willing to travel and/or to make a carwash part of a visit to Atlantic County or one of the barrier islands.

This is a really great car wash with options I haven’t seen before. Plus, they have glass windows which you can watch the whole automated process, each phase. The inside store is filled with great automotive products. Really impressed. I found the price well worth the result. Also, I must give a shout out to the employees working there, they really busted their hump to make my truck shine, had to reach back in my pocket and up the tip when I saw how much they put in to it. Well done Billy Bob’s. Keep it up. When I’m down here, THE only place to go. Wish we had this up my way.
P.s. there usually is a wait more or less 20 mins. Somethings are worth the wait and this is clearly one of those times.

Very disappointed as 1st time customer. Purchased the "Platinum Package", the highest package they seem to offer; aside from washing the exterior of the vehicle, I cannot identify any areas that were actually cleaned.
The package includes exterior car wash, ceramic seal, application of Rain-x, Extreme Shine Wax application, tire shine, and hand dry, as well as vacuuming of interior, cleaning of interior surfaces, and inside and outside glass.
The 3rd row of seats wasn't even vacuumed - there is a pile of sand sitting exactly where it was when I brought the vehicle in to be cleaned. The carpeting still looks like it needs to be vacuumed; doors and console remain dirty, seats not wiped down, steering wheel wasn't cleaned, inside glass streaky and smudged. The only thing that was noticeably done is it smells like air freshner.
Attached photos of most noticeably dirty areas. It's one thing to wait in line for 30 minutes to have your vehicle cleaned by professionals if it actually came out clean, but this was just a waste of my time and money. My vehicle is still dirty.
Note: I called the business on 5/22 @ 2:58pm to inquire about pricing as I'd never been there. I specifically asked about detailing services which, from past experience at other places, meant an extremely thorough cleaning of the inside of my car. The woman that answered the phone asked me multiple times what I specifically wanted done - the carpets, the upholstery, etc - I said "no, I just want my car really clean and shiny on the outside; want the inside thoroughly vacuumed; all the crevices, doors, dashboard, and seats, wiped down; and the glass inside and outside cleaned". She stated that was a standard "car wash" of which several options were available. I apologized for not knowing that a car wash included such things, and that a detail wasn't what I've always thought it to be. My car was not filthy - normal everyday dirt and grime, not some build-up of dirt and debris....basically dust, some drips of coffee, sand on a back seat, some scuff marks from shoes. That's why it surprised me that it was still dirty because it wasn't in bad shape prior. If there was some other service I should have asked for then she should have told me so when I called or when I pulled in and again repeated what I wanted done. I only got the highest package because I thought it would turn out even better than anticipated if I upgraded as much as possible.

Billy Bobs is in every way the best car wash I’ve ever used and I lived in North Jersey most of my life so I’ve used many. Everytime my truck is washed it’s impeccably cleaned inside and out. The employees on every level are efficient and friendly. Always a great experience at Billy Bobs!

Just went through automatic car wash did not clean my car at all! Asked for a refund he said ma'am you need to wash your car before you go through the automatic carwash !! Owner refused to refund
