DO NOT engage in business with this company. Almost the entire workforce was fired, and we were told the business was moved, and had very poor communication throughout the entire process and went weeks without answered emails or calls. We ordered our items in February and did not receive them until October. If I had not been absolutely hounding the CEO and owner, I am confident we would not have received anything at all. When finally able to schedule a meeting with the CEO, he was rude and condescending to me and my 2 managers on the call while the owner sat back and did not say anything at all. We had to hound them for tens of thousands of dollars in merchandise that was delayed for months and were told we were "lucky we got anything at all" when we had paid for merchandise.

STAY AWAY from YouInkIt. We had 2 years of great service with them until one day they fired everyone that had been in contact with us. Someone new from the company - rebranded "Swaggity" - reached out to explain, and we were willing to continue our business with them, but they decided that they could no longer ship internationally (even though we had prepaid for all shipping and half of our orders are international). We called/emailed/texted for 2 months and got responses about every 3 weeks. When we finally got a hold of them, they told us that they simply could not afford to ship our 25 swag boxes internationally, and had delayed getting in touch with us as they had been on a company trip to Israel (guess they spent all the international shipping money on that...?) They finally agreed to ship all 25 boxes in bulk to Germany, which of course never showed up and they never answered our calls or emails again!!! 1000s of dollars worth of merchandise gone...

Stay far away! Would give zero stars if possible.This company is an absolute scam artist. Had been doing business with them for 2 years when one day they fired all of the employees who had worked on our account, stopped responding to all calls and emails and stopped shipping all boxes that were stored with them that were all prepaid for. When we got our legal team involved, they finally sent our items in bulk to a new storage, only to find out that we are missing HUNDREDS if not thousands of dollars worth of items, many arrived damaged, the custom boxes we paid for many are missing AND we are missing gift cards we had in the boxes. Also would like to note that they would send boxes of their other clients to us. I would assume they are in the process of going out of business, but if you call they still try to get you set up as a new client.Current customers, get your inventory out of here. New customers look elsewhere. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We were cheated and stolen from.

I'm very happy with our purchase from YouInkIt! The masks look great! I inquired through email and got a response right away. I sent a logo and asked to see a mock-up on three different colored masks. They all looked great. While I was waiting to get approvals I also got a call from someone else at YouInkIt as they saw my inquiry online. Both employee's I spoke with were very helpful and made it an easy decision. I'm sure we will order some more. Thank you!!

We ordered masks with our logo on them back in late July. We were very pleased with the way the masks turned out. The material is high quality, the logo looks professional, and the masks are adjustable. We did have a little trouble getting in contact with this company, so hopefully their website is a bit more user friendly now. We liked the masks so much that we have reordered them. Getting in touch with them for the reorder went very smoothly.

I ordered 100 custom branded masks for marketing purposes. The masks are well made with adjustable ear loops and a nose wire. They are also quite breathable. A great price for a USA-made product. Throw in fast shipping and responsive support and this product is a no-brainer. I would order again with confidence.

Kevin has been the greatest. I run a kitchen at a nightclub/concert venue turned outdoor dining experience in San Fran, so our hours aren’t your typical Monday - Friday/ 9 -5.. doesn’t matter what day or time, Kevin responds to emails so dang fast and gets me set up, no questions asked. The masks are amazing quality and the art work is perfect. We won’t go anywhere else.
