My mail was being delivered unorganized very late at address 1048 south 4th and chestnut Camden Nj 08103 getting other mail as well packages very late etc filed complaints nothing changed

Staff are very friendly and try to move as quickly as possible during rush, even though they're limited. It's ashame that most of the time they don't have many supplies, because they want to shut them down to save money. I hope they don't close this location as it is more convenient for me and many others than downtown where there's no parking, long lines and horrible customer service. I use this post office whenever I have to mail something off or try to pickup supplies.

I am starting to feel very upset abut my visits to the post offices. At the Pennsauken post office i am told constantly that they cannot accept my packages from the previews day. I come to the post office everyday betwen 4:30 and 5pm which is the closing time per their hours of operation, But its always closed 5 to 10 minutes early every day. That is why my packages have the previews date, because you closed your doors way to early. Also if i go to the Camden office and its closed the person at the desk in Pennsauken always tells me that I have to drop it off at Camden because my address is in Camden. Its seems that she doesn't know that Pennsauken its also Camden county. The Camden Federal street post office its closing their doors at 4:15pm and their hours of operation are to close at 4:30pm. No body wants to work anymore, its pathetic.

I rented a PO box at the East Camden Post Office nearly six years ago. Although this branch appears to be understaffed, my experience has always been pleasant and professional, despite the staffing situation.

Been trying to get a hold of the Supervisor, Erin to possibly help track my package that is marked as delivered for over a WEEK. At first, i was on hold for over ten minutes before i hung up. The second time, I gave my contact information to one of the employees for him to call back, but still haven't received any form of return. It's unlikely to get an answer when calling their office. You will have to let it ring for at least 5 minutes. I just wish the 1-800 number can figure this out instead of my unreliable local carrier.

Despite being woefully under staffed they are the kindest and most helpful post office in the area. Their patience dealing with rude customers is amazing.
