Today is a Thursday. On Monday, via e-mail Informed Delivery, I had 5 letters, including 2 from a law firm, 1 of which was Certified Mail. I received the other 3 letters, but not these 2. They were not delivered on Tuesday. On Wednesday, these same 2 letters displayed on my Informed Delivery e-mail, but I did not receive any mail. On Thursday, I received 1 [different] letter by Informed Delivery & in my box, but these 2 remain undelivered - and, again, 1 was by Certified Mail.

Was supposed to contact me within 72 hours about not receiving my mail. No contact has been made, no calls have been answered, no emails have been responded to. I am missing important insurance documents, a renewed license, all my mail is being returned to sender, and I am still here without response.

I have been a victim of mail fraud and identity theft from this office. My mail has not been delivered for the past 6 months. The carrier walks past my house like the house doen't have a box. I know he is either trashing my mail or putting it in my neighbors box. I've contacted the postal police. It doesn't matter what was done, these people are committing Federal Crimes by not delivering and handling customers mail efficiently and effectively. God Sees All and Knows All! They will NOT continue to steal my mail much longer.....

They stole my package and said it was delivered but I have camera footage that it was never delivered I've been back and forth with the regular post office and they had to email this annex place for me to even get a response I spoke to a lady who says she was gonna speak to the postman who was responsible for my delivery and get back to me but hasn't done so yet and that was days ago Ive been going thru the thieft from one of the employees at the annex carrier since January 27 but they haven't heard or seen the last of me until this gets solved I want my package or the money to replace my package they got me messed up I am not the one to play with

Every time I go away for a month or longer and I have mail held it's always such a pain to get it to be redelivered and you can't get a hold of anybody in person you have to wait forever on hold and sometimes longer than an hour and then if you try to call him back nobody answers the phone it's just a horrible horrible service
