Was supposed to contact me within 72 hours about not receiving my mail. No contact has been made, no calls have been answered, no emails have been responded to. I am missing important insurance documents, a renewed license, all my mail is being returned to sender, and I am still here without response.

I have been a victim of mail fraud and identity theft from this office. My mail has not been delivered for the past 6 months. The carrier walks past my house like the house doen't have a box. I know he is either trashing my mail or putting it in my neighbors box. I've contacted the postal police. It doesn't matter what was done, these people are committing Federal Crimes by not delivering and handling customers mail efficiently and effectively. God Sees All and Knows All! They will NOT continue to steal my mail much longer.....

They stole my package and said it was delivered but I have camera footage that it was never delivered I've been back and forth with the regular post office and they had to email this annex place for me to even get a response I spoke to a lady who says she was gonna speak to the postman who was responsible for my delivery and get back to me but hasn't done so yet and that was days ago Ive been going thru the thieft from one of the employees at the annex carrier since January 27 but they haven't heard or seen the last of me until this gets solved I want my package or the money to replace my package they got me messed up I am not the one to play with

Every time I go away for a month or longer and I have mail held it's always such a pain to get it to be redelivered and you can't get a hold of anybody in person you have to wait forever on hold and sometimes longer than an hour and then if you try to call him back nobody answers the phone it's just a horrible horrible service

Yesterday my mailman failed to deliver my mail there was nothing for me to sign off on he just told my neighbor because I was not home they were going to deliver it the next day which was an important piece of mail that I needed the next day they still have not came yet I’ve been on the phone since 920 this morning they asked me to please hold and when it was my turn the rep picked up the phone and hung it up ever since I’ve been calling today nobody will answer I’ll go straight to an off-line number and when I dial The supervisors number it is off the hook nobody answers the phone or gets back to you still waiting on that important piece of mail that I guess will never come because people have to work besides from them

I don't think they realize that they even have a phone line. No matter what day you call them, they don't pick up. Their service is an absolute atrocity and should be defaced from this planet. :)

This location, as described by previous reviews, is the worst rated postal annex. This overall majority of reviews has given this carrier annex 1 STAR....simply because you cant leave a negative star rating, you are forced to leave at least one star....between horrible REPRESENTATIVE disposition, and the lack of accountability, this location is horrendous. In addition, the employees refuse to represent your overall needs and concerns by simply answering the GOVERNMENT PAID phone lines.....in other words, it's too much of a chore for these lazy buns to do their job. The POSTMASTER as well as the EMPLOYEES at this location should be fired and retooled....its a disgrace.

I have called this place all day long and no one answers the phone all day long I have not received my mail in 2 weeks not one piece of mail I’ve called everyone to see if any of my bills has been mailed out they tell me yes and give me the date but I’m still waiting on my mail so every time I don’t receive mail the mail man will be harassed every day I will be up there in Camden Nj every single day raising hell and I’ve already contacted my attorney

I was helped by a young lady named Jaime (hope that’s how you spell her name) she provided mw with outstanding customer service listened to my problem and was able to resolve efficiently. She took the time to call me back to let me know all was good with my package!
