I was helped by a young lady named Jaime (hope that’s how you spell her name) she provided mw with outstanding customer service listened to my problem and was able to resolve efficiently. She took the time to call me back to let me know all was good with my package!

By far the worst service or support, I've been calling for the past two days with no answer. I live out of state & I'm calling inquiring about package I'm sending to Collingswood High School for my son.
