Too many abrupt changes and things seem to have now gotten worse. Now they are issuing new debit cards and they didn’t even bother to reimburse people who purchased checks using their old account number before they told you that you couldn’t use it anymore because of an internal decision to give everyone new account numbers. Been with them for over 15 years when they were SJFCU. Now if my pay period falls on a holiday it takes days to clear and I have fellow employees who I confirmed money clears that Friday before the holiday. Clearly it’s this institution. My money has been there since Thursday but they chose not to release my funds. Will be going to Navy federal.

Go to use their ATM after hours and card does not unlock door. But they charge you if you go elsewhere. It's all a set up to steal your money. I tried to tell them about the issue but they basically accused me of lying.

I don't appreciate how first harvest just start working on the online banking app and ava and don't send out no letter or emails to anyone and we all have stuff to pay and checks to receive but when you call you be on hold for hours and don't get no answer this is unprofessional

I have been on the phone for the last two weeks trying to get back on my online banking. Each time I am transfered over I have to wait 1 hour 2 hours three hours and then when they answer we get disconnected. I just want to pay my credit card bill online but now it is reported as late on my credit report. I am so angry. I never been late on my credit card. I cannot understand why I cannot get into the system for 2 weeks. I need help now.

Beware! Lost a lot of money with this bank. Formally known as South Jersey Federal Credit Union. Fraudulent charges made.. They do not monitor accounts. Unprofessional. I I have advised fellow co- workers of this horrible experience and will continue to do so.

Was on hold for 1hour and 48 minutes. I was in cue , my wait time was 3 minutes when I was next in que, then when it was my turn the representative did not answer or respond, it was silent, then it said my hold time is 48 minutes.
