“From the minute they answered the phone I felt taken care of! Every aspect of the service was exemplary. I was at my wits end with conflicting solutions to a propane leak in my RV lp system. The RV dealers were inexperienced,harried,and had no follow through. I thought to go to propane dealers even though they don’t advertise RV service. “I would give 10 stars if I could! Lay, the young lady who assisted me provided amazing customer service. She was so kind in helping me to figure out solutions for safely packing my belongings. She went out of her way to help again and again. She fixed a truck rental reservation issue that I had. And throughout my lenghty visit to the store aquiring moving supplies of all sorts, she continuously demonstrated absolute professionalism. Even when a demanding and rude couple repeatedly interrupted her while she was helping another customer. While they were being unkind to her, she maintained a positive and professional attitude and was courteous to them despite their appalling behavior. I absolutely recommend this location and commend Lay specifically for exemplary customer service going above and beyond the call of duty. After my completely useless experience at a different uhaul location the previous day, her kindness, helpful attitude, and courtesy were a true blessing.”

“Moving is always a stressful situation but Frank and Jay really made this experience so much better.
I made an appointment to get a hitch installed but due to miscommunication, they didn’t have the parts I needed, however Frank made sure to reach out to other Uhauls to have the parts shipped overnight. He made sure the installation was done correctly with Jay and throughout all the hiccups, they were so reassuring and genuine.
My experience with U-Haul is typically subpar, but I gotta hand it to these two for showing great customer service”

“Two weeks ago I went to this place for the first time. I said let me try bc a lot of bad experiences en different places. I did the homework before went , to know how is the process about fill the propane tank. I got 6 tanks and everyone weight different went is empty. But my goal was , if on this place, they honest. When im there , I ask few questions to this man. (Jim) curiously im Jimmy. Lol . He answer all the ? Without any aptitude and very professional. Yes make me sense about everything that i read before go there. In conclusion dont go to any gas station to fill your propane tank. They never fill whatever the charge you. Found a place like Matthey Propane Service. Mr Jim waiting for you to give a 5 ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? service.
