Never again will do business here. Still money owed and all everyone keeps getting is excuses after excuses. Wouldn’t expect or think they would do the ones who helped them there wrong. Live and learn

Do not go to this place more than likely you will be scammed. I have YET to receive my taxes because some information was put wrong! I have been reaching out to him non stop with no answer nor does he answer the phone in the office. Truly do not recommend he just wants to take your money.

Poor customer service, unprofessional, unethical, disingenuous. I was referred by a family friend to use this company to prepare my taxes. I reached out to the company telephonically they instructed me to email all my information pertain my taxes via email (ie. w2, routing/checking number). I sent my initial email with all info on feb21, again mar8, then again on mar15. I didn't get a response to any of the emails that were sent out and I didn't get a response to any voice mails that I left. After months of now response I went to files my taxes on my own, at its completion I got a notice that my tax return was rejected because it was previously filed. I contacted the company and I was told that my taxes were filled in march. I never got the opportunity to go over my taxes with the company and was never informed that were complete. During this conversation I asked for all details regarding my tax return and I was told that they would call me back with all information. After a numerous amount of emails and phone calls I decided to contact the **** My refund was deposited to an account I have no knowledge over 2 months ago. I still have yet to receive any money from this company and my calls and emails are still getting ignored. This company is very unprofessional, unethical, and it seems to be \

I use to go here and this year I filed and brought my husband. We had did our taxes very late and went in for a walk in two days before Tax season was over. We didn't file jointly for the reason I didn't make much that year. I had him file and claim our son. We was told we receive a close to 8,000 dollar refund. So when Mr Pitres filed he never gave us a Tax packet and kept our paper work and we didn't sign anything.. Foolishy we trusted his word and we never got our tax money as well he closed the office and does not pick up the phone... I'm so disappointed that he'd do this to our family. We needed our money and now we have to file so much paper work to report the fraud...... I really never had an issue with him as a Tax prep, but it's a first for everything.. I will never recommend anyone else here...
