The staff at this particular store lacks experience, they were not very helpful. I almost stopped being a metro customer.

They need to get more mature staff cause they have these young teens and very young adults who I think do not have any people skills and also are very very slow also why you have a phone number that is not in service for the store and I couldn't get a hold of anyone.

The metro associate was very nice and Great manners she helped me with everything I needed thanks Metro pcs on federal st between 25th an 26th in Camden new jersey
