If I could give it negative stars I would, this store is one of the worst store I've been too although customer service was good...you can tell can the employee was only following the orders of the store which is selling over priced phones by adding on accessories on top of the phone sales..even allow them to add on the prices of accessories just to meet the price which is required for the employee to make...which is in no fault to them...these managers or owners should be truly ashamed of themselves and lose their business license or whatever they have that allows them to have business..for the shady and underhanded tactics they force on the business and employees.. i would definitely not recommend this store STAY AWAY!

A man came out today yelling around 1pm he said he was the owner I doubt it awful customer service they don't do anything if the don't have customers so you guys can clean up in front of the store stop being lazy find a new job or something else to own

Talk about Happy New Year 1/2/2024 around 1:10 pm the supposed owner is outside screaming about people coming in the store with respect. Yet he is outside yelling like a maniac and scaring children and the elderly. If you can't control yourself professionally and be a gentleman I don't think you should own anything. What you get is what you receive and acting like Hulk Smash isn't it smh if you know better you do better. What you give always returns ?

The device at metro was great I had great help the employee was wonderful they had great speed I love the service I will definitely recommend them to others.

I have been a Metro at T-Mobile customer for about 10 plus years, over the years while the staff and management has changed many times they seem to keep knowledgeable employees who are able to assist me with everything I request so far.

The customer service I received was phenomenal! The lady Janelle ( i believe is her name) was very polite and very willing to help me figure out how to work my phone. The store itself was nice and clean. After receiving the service i received this will definitely be the new location I use

Amazing service very knowledgeable never had an issue with any rep. They welcome your questions and will give alternatives that fits your needs.
