MetroPCS has been the best cell phone carrier. I've had a lot of cell phone carriers and I promise this is one of the best for internet service and for making and accepting phone calls. I love MetroPCS and as for now I will never change carriers.

Vicky is the BEST!! My bf's phone was giving him issues and he took it to the Lawnside store where the girl there further messed it up but Vicky spent a good 45 min trying to fix it which she did fix a few things wrong but she referred us to the corporate store saying they have more means to fixing it further. We took it there n was told after 3 min to do a factory reset then was told they had no wifi in their store. Took it back to Vicky n she helped us by completely doing the reset n even took the time to help restore contacts and email info by transferring everything to my phone. She was a BIG help whereas the corporate store practically shooed us away. Thank you Vicky!

Cynthia was a great help there was an man behind the counter who just stared at my husband and I for the longest time even though he didn't look busy. Cynthia who was busy still greeted us with a smile and assured us she would be with us to help while the man continued to make us feel uncomfortable we left metro happy! Thank you so much Cynthia!!!!!
