Went here for the first time to get my 100lb propane tank filled. Great customer service and great prices. I will definitely keep coming here from now on.

All we wanted to do was fill our propane tank but the guy was extremely obnoxious and nosy, made a million assumptions about us, wanted to practically know our life story, got in our personal business. Then he decided not to fill our propane tank all the way due to his opinion about the condition of the tank. Then further tried to take advantage of us by being a bird dog trying to send us to his boss to make the repairs he wanted before he'd fill our propane tank. We were thankfully able to get the tank filled elsewhere.

Two weeks ago I went to this place for the first time. I said let me try bc a lot of bad experiences en different places. I did the homework before went , to know how is the process about fill the propane tank. I got 6 tanks and everyone weight different went is empty. But my goal was , if on this place, they honest. When im there , I ask few questions to this man. (Jim) curiously im Jimmy. Lol . He answer all the ? Without any aptitude and very professional. Yes make me sense about everything that i read before go there. In conclusion dont go to any gas station to fill your propane tank. They never fill whatever the charge you. Found a place like Matthey Propane Service. Mr Jim waiting for you to give a 5 ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? service. Thanks Jim for your services and thanks Matthey for have someone like Jim at front of your business. Sincerely Jimmy Bonilla.

Given the immediate area, this seems like the best propane alternative I’ve found. Although a bit hard to find behind the car wash, it’s easy to drive in (they have a bell like an old time gas station) and have them immediately fill the tank. I’ve been there several times now, and they’re always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. And the price is generally the best around. I don’t see any reason to change.

We have had the absolute best experience with Matthey Propane. Last winter we ran out of propane on a Saturday and Jud came out the same day to save the day- he was friendly and didn’t make us feel like idiots for letting the propane run out nor did he make us feel like a crazy inconvenience for coming out in the cold. We won’t use anyone else from now one because of that experience (and we haven’t let the propane run out again :)). If you are looking for a propane company, I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!

I get propane delivered almost weekly. It is such a convenient, easy, friendly service for a busy mom of 3. It is also the cheapest price around! No more waiting at Home Depot for a exchange, I just call Matthey's and I leave the empty tank outside and they come and exchange it with a full one.
