Bad customer service - Paying customers are ask to stand outside of building with no seats available for hours. Not all have the luxury of transportation to leave and come back while vehicle is being serviced .Service: Electrical

This place of business is unprofessional my mother-in-law has been a loyal customer for yrs she is a 61y/o woman she was told the car would be in the shop for an HR or more she had no way to get home all of her children were working she ask if one of the workers could drop her off they could not so she said she would just wait now they made her wait outside now everyone knows it was very chilly and windy on this day and was chilly period all last wk she sitting on concrete as result she got sick and overall this was just wrong for anyone let alone an older woman I would not recommend this shop to nobody I don't care what there work is like

In an Era where “everyone is a mechanic”, it’s hard to find one that you can actually TRUST, and one that can ACTUALLY get the job done.I have known of Franks Auto shop for years, but never got service there, until now. AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WORK/SERVICE!!!!Recommend for paint job. Repairs. Diagnostics. ANYTHING...Oh, and it won’t cost you a lung.

Frank's Auto Body is nothing short of a great, honest body shop. After being turned down by multiple shops in the area for rust removal and panel replacement on my vehicle, I stopped by Frank's and asked about my car, he was kind, and gave me a great quote for the work. After dropping my car off, the communication of the shop letting me know how the project was coming along was better than anything I've ever experienced, and my car was ready to be picked up within a very reasonable amount of time. Five days after picking up my car, it was scraped by another driver, and Frank's came to the rescue again getting it back on the road only two days later. I would highly recommend Frank's to anyone, whether you are an enthusiast looking to button up your project, or just looking to repair damage on your vehicle, Frank's will take care of you.Attached are photos of the rot, and the repaired panel.
