Great place to live if you never want hot water. Packages get lost/taken from mail room. Administration has also let a homeless person camp/relieve themself in the side stairwell of the building for a year now. Ignore the reviews from people simply coming to “tour” the property. Listen to those who have lived here and left after.

Touring the Victor virtually was a great experience and very informative. The apartment was very spacious, and has that welcome home feeling.So yes I would love to be a part of the Victor family.I humbly thank you for allowing me to tour your establishment. ???? ?? ??

A well kept building done so by a loyal staff, Connie and Sonia are standouts. But really it's a team effort, can't forget the fellas. The Victor has a great Concierge team. I see these people working hard everyday. At Xmas I just wanted to give them a shoutout.Management is strong and available. And finally, my neighbors.... . a pleasure. All the kids and beautiful dogs lovely.The Victor ......a cliche, I know..... is a great place to live.

My daughter and I took an in person tour of a beautiful one bedroom apartment. It was absolutely beautiful! Our agent, Henry Pinny, was a wonderful guide and knew a great deal of the History for the building and the area.My daughter is on the spectrum and doesn't usually warm up to others so quickly. Henry's friendly aura provokes a welcome that invited her the comfort to ask questions and even walked along side of him to see the garden area and the rooftop.Thank you so much for your kindness.

Shower water in this building never gets hot, it barely gets warm enough to shower in. I placed several request to have this issue fixed and I still do not get hot water. It takes 15-20 min to get the water even warm. There have been several instances were police have been called to investigate different situations and this concerns other residents due to safety. A few people stated this got worse after the building started accepting section 8 housing however, I do not know if this is true because I was not directly told this by management. Rental prices are equal to Cherry Hill and I think it is too high for the amount of issues that have occurred thus far and I've only been here for 5 months.

Had a good time and dinner was great ? drinks need a little bit more of alcohol especially the cranberry and vodka.. But awesome view and great vibes..

Started off great. It’s not the most updated but the location is stellar, maintenance staff is amazing, and apartments are very large. However, over the past 6 months, catalytic converters have been stolen from cars parked inside a supposedly locked and secured parking lot(that they charge 85+ dollars for), elevators are constantly down so residents often have to walk up 6 flights of stairs (often with children and dogs. As soon as you step off the elevator, it smells of dog mainly of dog urine. Management sends poorly worded letters out to residents, pretty much reprimanding for organizing for better standards. I could go on. This place has become an absolute nightmare and I can’t wait to leave.If you want to live in outdated lofts, with white appliances, leaky and smelly halls, inconsiderate management all for the not so cheap price of 1600 for a one bedroom, this is the place for you!

Great atmosphere.. Food always on point..but, hhorrible 'default' music from the juke box. I can appreciate the tech upgrade of the jukebox in general tho.

Current resident. No security in parking lot, car parks stolen off of parked cars, heavy leaks in multiple apartments, they will tow your car without notice even though you pay for a parking spot. I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, that these are one off situations, but in each opportunity they fail. Lease renewal is coming up, and I was debating on signing another 2 years, but this has definitely persuaded me the other way.
