Today my husband and I went to City Select and the service was fantastic. Our Sales rep name is Frank G. and he will make sure you leave in a car??. We didn’t have the full amount to put money down for our car, but it didn’t stop him from persevering and pushing for us to never take the transit line again and he did his thing yall. So I’m here to tell you that CITY SELECT is the way to go!!!!!☺️

This place was great! The hospitality was amazing & I’ve never had a better experience before in my life. Grabbing a vehicle that day wasn’t part of my plans for the day but for some reason me & my mothers intuition told us to stop by this specific dealership this morning after leaving the dmv. We were just looking around at possible vehicles that I would soon be trading my old vehicle in for because I was desperately in need of a new car asap. Money was tight & my car had so many miles & started giving me problems that I wouldn’t soon be able to keep up with. I have just moved into my new apartment & soon in need of a new vehicle that was up to par so that I can make it back & forward to work as well as get around when needed. The manager that day I do apologize for not remembering his name but he was awesome. He introduced me to Toni after I’ve inquired questions about going about getting a vehicle that I was interested in. He was also very considerate about my price range. Toni showed us around the lot & pointed out specific cars for me that I would like & look good in as well as fitting my price range. Once showing me the used cars that weren’t bad at all he knew exactly what car to expose me to last. I really wanted the suv that I was shown first it was perfect but ol’ Toni sure knew hot to talk me into wanting better for myself even though it was a much smaller vehicle. It made so much more sense to get this 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage & it was limited edition! It’s not a bad looking car at all it’s brand new, great on gas, & I’m the first one to put miles on it. What a feeling it is to be able to buy a brand spanking new vehicle all by yourself for the first time. The warranty & benefits that came with the car I just about forgot about the first car that I very much wanted & I’m glad that Toni talked me into making the better decision for myself. It was a smart move I made & I want to thank Toni for his help. The car made my price range as well. What can I say, what a great sales me Toni is & Mitsubishi Triplex is lucky & blessed to have him. I did not expect to walk in for a small chat inquiring about a vehicle just to walk out with a brand new car. What a smart move we made that Saturday. Check this out! They also served us a catered Italian lunch as well & it was very delicious & top tier. We’ve been there for hours & was very hungry so that was very thoughtful of the dealership for thinking about us I’ll is in such a way. What a way to have a very successful business, that is genius! Big shout out to Toni for helping me & getting me situated. That man went above & beyond!

They made sure my vehicle was running. I didn't need to use their 100% warranty on passing inspection because my vehicle passed inspection on the first try.Pro: used cars cost less, they make sure the car starts out working, they give a fair warranty for a well used vehicle, no bumper to bumper warranty saves the customer money, financing for many peopleCon: used cars and saving money don't matter to some people, no new car bumper to bumper warranty

So far so good air conditioner and other minor things did work but dealer ordered parts waiting for a call to get them put on. Other than that Jeep runs great.

Got my first car here. Very quick efficent process.. not judgemental at all on credit score as long as you have proof that you can pay. Ex. Steady paychecks.. (took my unemployment as credible payment at the time during covid). There were times I couldn't pay on time.. life happens.. but one thing I can definitely say is they worked with me 100% as long as I let them know what was going on..they were patient and stuck by me.. (Mrs. Debbie is amazing..she works with you on your payments) I highly recommend for anyone, specifically 1st time buyers.. prices n payments are affordable.. I paid 8000 for my car total..2009 nissan cube. With 93,000 miles.. Good shape..never any major problems (still check carfax I did!) And I just paid it off! I will be going back to them for my 2nd purchase.
