Atms never work I drove all the way up here to make a deposit and the ATM has been closed for 2 weeks use to be a good bank now its bad

Taking money out of my account illegally making charges on my account and doesn’t give cash back at all leaving it for the merchant to do when it clearly states a chase offer not calculating correctly giving me the run around to wait on a letter and no response had to order 6 different bank cards for protection of account

Great customer service from the young lady who welcomed us to the young man at the desk. Very courteous and attentive. He even gave us tips on parking near the bank.

This is a horribly designed branch, no parking for customers whatsoever. It's a one person operation, never again, they might as well close down.

This "branch" might as well just be an atm. There is no parking and no bathroom for customers. Every single time I've visited the staff either tells me "you can do that at the atm" or "you can do that online." I may have to switch back to TD soon as they actually have parking, bathrooms, and helpful tellers.

It will be a long time if ever that I give Chase a chance to be my bank. The staff in the office were ok but above them leaves much to be desired. The parking situation needs to be improved also.

Received an ad about opening up a business checking account. The ad says walk into any branch to start the process. Since they don't have parking I parked 4 blocks away. When i walked in they have one individual who does business checking and he is not in I have to come back to make an appointment. Very sad state for Chase Bank.

So glad to hear Chase is finally in a location somewhat close to my work BUT it's an Ill designed branch. Only one teller who also seems to have to answer the phones. Had to wait for any unprepared customer to be helped. I did not have time to take care of my business, had to leave.

45 minutes in the car to arrive at the branch and get them to endorse a check that we are both copied on. Because they "don't have a stamp" (WHAT?!?!!) , they told me it would have to be manually signed and there was only 1 person in there who could do it. I was in the bank for almost 1.5 hours, behind a total of 3 customers. That one person in the bank was just too busy to help me so I ended up having to leave to pick up my son from school. My losses: $10 on parking, $3 on their ATM for fees to get cash to park, 3 hours of my day and way too much stress. Don't bank here. Chase is awful, not my first problem I've had, just the first one I've spent time writing about.
