I ordered my first robe from Ms. Tina. From start to finish, Ms. Tina and her staff ensured every detail surpassed my expectations. It has been 14 years since my initial purchase and the robe fits as well as it did my first fitting. The quality of her work and customer service is unmatched. Purchased a robe there several years ago and the skirt of the robe was done very poorly and not as expected. The company would not alter the skirt as I desired and I was advised that she did not think that I wouldhave wanted it to be done as I requested. I have never worn the robe and wasted valuable funds on this product.
