Miserable attendant (grey haired guy) who doesn't understand basic English. Made a fuss about my wanting to pay cash, then kept trying to top off my tank so he wouldn't have to make change, though I repeatedly told him to stop (can damage modern cars) Then he kept the small change for himself. Never go there again. With all the complaints in these reviews, why isn't BP doing something aside from sending canned replies to complaints?

RACIST BP ATTENDANT BEHAVIOR: This evening when stopping for gas, I witnessed the white male BP attendant REFUSE to serve a Black male customer.I am a white woman. I pulled in around 7:00 pm after work because my usual gas station was closed, and there was another car, and only one white male BP attendant working. When the attendant promptly came over to me and began filling my car, it was around this time I noticed the other customer seemed to be calling out for his attention, but the BP attendant had stepped around the other side of my car (blocked from the customer's view) and was speaking on the phone. After returning my card, I realized that the other customer continued to loudly call out to the BP attendant asking him if he worked there, which the attendant continuously ignored. He repeatedly asked, "Do you work here?" The BP attendant ignored him and began to quickly walk away, towards the building, as if there were no other customers after me, and only turned around at one point to throw up his hands in response. At this point it became apparent that the BP attendant REFUSED to serve the Black male customer, but had quickly and politely filled my car even though I had pulled into the gas station after the other customer.The BP official website has a whole page called "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion" under "Who We Are" and yet their own staff egregiously perpetuates racist behavior by refusing to serve Black customers. I am forced to give 1 star to leave a Google review, but otherwise I would give 0 stars.

I've been here many times but finally my credit card info was skimmed last week. Lots of credit card info theft have been reported in Cherry Hill, many say that gas stands are likely places, just in case.My credit card company detected the fraud immediately so no damages were done, but if you used a credit card here recently, I strongly recommend you to check the usage, NOW.

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE DOUBLE CHARGING CARDSThe attendants at this gas station are fraudulently charging credit/debit cards multiple times. In April, I had filled up my car for around $23 and they refused to give me a receipt. Then minutes after my card was charged, a second charge was made for $54. I tried calling them, since that’s required by the credit card company before opening a dispute, but they do not answer their phone/have a working phone line, so I contacted BP customer support who said they opened a case and that the gas station manager would call me back within a week.Well, the call from the manager never came and I am still working with my my credit card company to dispute the charge as fraudulent, since the gas station’s bank has a record of the charge, because the attendant swiped my card on another pump.On top of the fraud, the attendants were also smoking and on their phones while pumping gas.AVOID this gas station, the extra penny/gallon in the price they advertise vs other nearby gas stations is not worth the potential scam.

"WARNING" I Was charge for 2 transaction, whereas I only made 1 transactions.The issue was resolved through BP consumer services, my credit card bank.
