If I could give them a zero I would. They are the worse. I ordered books in September, they didn’t arrive until November! I immediately tried to return them at my campus but the Camden bookstore won’t accept them since they came from New Brunswick bookstore. What the actual heck, it’s the same university!! Why make book rentals so complicated. I only had 30 days from the purchase date to return them. Yet, no one responded to my inquiry about my September order. When I asked for a return label, they said it wouldn’t be available until the end of the semester. NOW, they aren’t offering return labels and I must ship them at my own cost!!! I’m disgusted.

The staff is super helpful, and the textbook and school sprit selection is stellar! This is yet another great Rutgers-Camden shop, when you need supplies, and have some cash/ RUExpress on hand.

I like this store ❤ They (almost) always have the books I need and are very helpful finding those they don't. The staff all seems very friendly and never hesitate to help.

Avoid this store! I returned a textbook and they claimed I never did, even though I have a witness who saw me return the book. I will never return to this store after being ripped off. Shop online instead, which is almost always cheaper anyways.
