If I could give 0 stars I would have! I have gotten my car in the shop 4 times within a month and a half! Brought my car in to get my rear bumper fixed on the right side, when I picked it up it had dripping dried paint all over, 1st excuse it was too cold for paint to dry. 2nd time same situation with a huge opaque spot. Came back a 3rd time some of the dripping paint was fixed but new ones on the left side, to top it off all the rubber around the trunk was taken off and just thrown inside the trunk, it rained and water was all over my trunk. Spoke to one of the owners and complaint about what was going on, to what he responded they just want me to continue coming back. Extremely disrespectful, didn’t find it funny at all. Brought it back today, almost 2 hrs waiting on it and still not fully satisfied. Mediocre service all around!

My brand new car that I purchased July 28th and was in a hit and run while I was home on July 31 which my ***************** towed to this company Aug 2nd. I went to pick up my vehicle Aug 30th only for it to have scratches, there was a tear on the left side panel, plastic trimming was faded, there was white residue in the creasing of the car. I called my insurance company to complain and was directed to take in back which I did in the first 2 weeks of September. I took it back and they fixed the black protection that sits above the tire but still doesnt match the rest and there were more scratches on my vehicle. After the storm Sept 30 after the 4 rainy days the paint or dye came off. Once they received the money from the insurance they did a poor job. My car had less than 10 miles when I purchased it and after they worked on my car it looks as if I had it for a few years. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company at all. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Im not sure how the BBB can help my with this situation but I hope I can get some help.
