I've lived here for 6 months and I love it! The building is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are beautiful! Also, the rent is pretty good for South Jersey. The building is right behind the Ben franklin Bridge and is very easy to get to Philadelphia. I would recommend! Violet and everyone in the leasing office, the front desk, the security guards and maintenance are very nice and helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim, a dedicated and professional leasing agent at this prestigious property.I have been assisting a dear friend in their search for rental properties, and Tim has done everything in his power to make this stressful journey a bit easier. From his kind words, jovial anecdotes, prompt callbacks, and encouragement, he has made me wish that I were a resident of 11 Cooper.Although my friend will not be joining the 11 Cooper community at this time, Tim’s support has left a lasting impression. And who knows, this connection may result in a future leasing opportunity.Thank you Tim for going above and beyond!

Lease ended 20NOV2021.Security deposit remains undelivered as recorded of 20JAN2022. Lease contract states this would have been returned within 30 days. My calls were ignored but emails are returned.Still holding my breath.Electricity bill here is exorbitant. Expect to pay $150+ per month on electric alone.EDIT.24JAN2022:Security deposit has been sent and received. Thank you to Shannie for your efforts on this matter.Adding to review above, the staff employed here were easily one of the best parts of my year here. One of the maintenace staff even helped me jump my car one time, an above and beyond effort that is not forgotten.Though my saltiness for the high electricity bill remains, my gratitude for those who support this building can't be expressed enough.

My review for 11 Cooper is mainly for the Leasing Specialist Extraordinare, Timothy LeDrew or Tim, as I call him. I recently submitted a request for leasing availability on their user-friendly website. I received a call from Tim the very next day. During our conversation, he advised on how to successfully navigate this post-pandemic housing market as options at 11 Cooper and elsewhere are currently limited. In these unusual times, one must be vigilant and quick on the draw. I'm truly thankful for this advice as I seek suitable accommodations. Tim really went above and beyond to reach out and help me. His kindness, compassion and friendly nature shined. His customer service is impeccable because he's invested in the greater good of others not just in collecting a check for himself. And last but not least, the property itself is amazing! I love the amenities, the convenience of the location and the community. Yes, to Camden rising. Booyah! #Tim4thewin #Camdenrising

I have been a resident at 11 Cooper since February 21’. In short my experience has not been positive prompting this review. My experience with the leasing agent has been a positive one prior to move-in and is on-going. Prior to move-in, my move-in date got pushed back 2 weeks due to water damaged caused in the apartment. Maintenance was scheduled to replace some dry wall and I was told it would take two weeks to replace. Upon moving in, I noticed the apartment was a bit dirty, there was paint speckles throughout the floors and some of the baseboards had cracks and was left unpainted. I scrapped the speckles off and cleaned throughly. I told the front desk I would take care of the paint since I’m a painter; They kindly gave me a few containers of paint. I think my expectation was that everything would be at its best since an extra two weeks was allotted for repairs.I have to agree with another resident and say upon moving in my sink started leaking and one of the electrical outlets power was out. Maintenance responded rather quickly, but mentioned it was wired wrong. That can be dangerous in any case. Also, if I stand near my window I can feel a cold draft 24 hrs/day making my electric bill sky rocket because I have to run the heat more on colder days. I went from paying $33/monthly to $127/month and I’m one person. One morning about 3.a.m. I took out my apt trash and set it outside my door to walk it down to the trash chute at a decent hour. At about 8a.m. (still in bed) I received an unprecedented loud knock to the apt door (kind of like an unwanted disturbance and a bit unprofessional) I took notice it was the property manager but didn’t answer. After speaking to her later in the day, we came to a resolution.A good thing is that the property manager here takes the time to expect the premises. Most if not all of my encounters with the property manager have been unpleasant. They send “authorized” documents certified mail and post on your front door, “violations” and “notices of” made-up conversations and notices they never notified you of to lay the foundation to “evict you” if they don’t like you. If anyone cares to see, you can email me.The security in this building is another issue for some. There’s a gated parking area for residents @ $100/month, but no camera view of the parking lot on the security monitors. Just a camera to view who comes in and out of the gate located above the gate (attached to the brick exterior). I have noticed on occasions residents sneaking in guests through the side doors which are unmonitored. We’re asked to sign our guests in at the front desk.All-in-all 11 Cooper appears to be safe, but falls short of the image they push out to residents and potential residents. How safe you feel is completely up to ones own self. And you can expect to be picked on if they don’t favour you.I think the worst I’ve heard is that I’m a noisy resident at times due to fallout of these pressing issues.None related to 11Cooper: my second vehicle was stolen as I was out-of-town and didn’t tell anyone. It was parked adjacent to 11 Cooper gated residential parking alongside the parking garage. The Rutgers security and metro police come around in rotation and normally sits in the parking lot perpendicular to 11 Cooper and Victor Lofts. The leasing agent staff asked how I was doing. And my response was “my vehicle was stolen” . The cleaning lady who was sitting at the security desk alongside the concierge/security cut in our conversation to add, “Your car was towed on the 8th.” Also following with the words, “whoop your a@@“ Note: I filled a police report the night prior about the car theft and was given the information it wasn’t towed/impounded.Side Note: Be aware of the guys that hang outside of the 7-eleven (near the university); They set up patrons/students for car-jackings (all though security is nearby).

I just moved here about 2 weeks ago and I have to say I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing, I love that there is security around all day and the area is just a vibe. The amenities that are included are top tier compared to a lot of other places. I would definitely recommend living here!

I had the pleasure of living in 11 Cooper for a little over a year. I would rate the complex exceptional for many reasons. The staff was always friendly and accommodating to my needs. The facility was always very clean and well maintained. I always felt secure at all times in and around the facility due to the constant presence of public safety personnel. Additionally, the ability to take advantage of the trail along the waterfront and the Ben Franklin was a plus. Shannie, Violet, Tim, George, and others know how to treat residents and make them feel at home. They would always greet me with a smile and ask me how I was doing. If you are looking for a modern state of the art apartment community that will serve your needs in a professional and warm and inviting way you can’t go wrong with 11 Cooper

My wife and I were between homes and we needed somewhere to live for 2 months on a limited budget. The management folks at 11 Cooper were able to find a solution for us. We enjoyed walks along the waterfront, the awesome top floor multi-purpose community space, and outstanding customer service. Our short commute to work everyday also saved $ in our budget. Thank you 11 Cooper for making us feel at home during our brief stay!

This morning I visited 11 Cooper for a tour, the leasing person was not in the office so I received help from the front desk attendant and then the manager. Both ladies were very kind to me and patient with me. The gym was nice and the model is just the right size for me. I placed my name on the waiting list and hopefully I get called when a 1 bedroom comes up.Elizabeth D
