I know exactly when my mailcarrier is out because when he is - the rest of you need to get your axt together. This is what I go through. I was home all day and we received a vendor notification that a package was actually delivered on and left on my front porch. it was not. When I tell you about it common sense would be to have Carrier retraced his steps especially since this is a small community in a very rural area. The laxidaiscal attitude is not helping the situation This is also not the first time that this has happened especially when our normal carrier is out.. So you also have 2 mailboxes side by side a foot apart. You drop mail-in the first mailbox . You see the flag up on the next mail box 1 foot away... how hard is it to open up the second mailbox to take the mail out instead of just not bothering because the second mailbox isn't getting a mail delivery...not one step beyond bare minimum...

Tracking said package was delivered on front porch...checked no package was delivered on porch or mailbox...went there and said post master will get back to me...still waiting!

Horrible counter service from rude clerks who do not know the regulations, and then blame the customer. I have had to contact the USPS twice about their awful choice in hiring. One woman who was rude and incompetent isn't there anymore, thankfully, but there is one there currently whom I've complained to USPS about. Califon residents go out of their way to UPS elsewhere because at least UPS shows a sense of urgency, professionalism, and competence. Beware of the Califon P.O.

Refused to deliver a package to a building that can plainly be seen from the road. Stated reason? No Mailbox.So walk it inside to the front desk. Lazy.

Hit and miss. There's a nice counter woman who always wears a poncho who is great. However, there is a Chinese woman who is terrible-- postal N**** very bad English, rude, inspects packages and says d*** stuff when she just needs to send them. I groan when I see her, and have complained to USPS 2x about her, but they don't seem to do anything.

from all the times I went there and I said good morning, I never got a reply,nonetheless for the rest of the females or neighbors ,there was one. if you are white or female, the big belly old guy will treat you well, if you are not, then his attitude will change,you can see the change in his face expression and demeanor and he will make you feel he is doing you a favor . G

Best post office 07830! The crew is actually very nice and they are great at getting things delivered! They will deliver amazon and packages right to the house.
