We walked into this store and were very interested in purchasing a new sofa on the Labor Day weekend. We politely asked if we could bring our dogs in and both staff members said that we could not unless we were physically carrying them. Since our dogs are large( and very well behaved) we couldn’t stay. It was either leave or the pups would need to stay in the car on a very hot day.No attempt was made to compromise with dogs on leash or any accommodation. In summary, it was not very welcoming treatment for a neighborhood store so we left.

What a great experience. The staff is the best, no pressure, very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection they have is vast but not overwhelming. We were able to customize a set of couches and couldn’t be happier with the result. Even better the price was very reasonable. My wife and I can’t say enough about how good the Staiano’s experience was, we will be back for sure.

My wife and I first came across this family run furniture store about 35 years ago. As owners of the business, they were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. Most recently, we ordered two Lazy Boy recliner chairs earlier this year. After only a few months later, the electrical circuit to power one of the chairs became damaged. The staff were very helpful in identifying the damaged part/cable, confirmed with the manufacturer that it was covered under the warranty, and they ordered the replacement part and it was shipped to our house. The chair has been working fine since. Its a pleasure to work with them.

We recently purchased a house full of the furniture from Staiano for our new house in NJ. Both Stephenie and Andy are very nice and helpful. We had couple issues with the furniture that we received and they offered to work with their vendor and have them replaced. We are very happy with our purchases and planning to go back very soon for some small pieces to fill in couple empty spots.
