Justin is incredible! The whole staff is great but today Fedex lost my prescription that I seriously needed today and he helped me out with an emergency and was super kind after a stressful day on the phone dealing with FedEx. I know sometimes we wait at the counter and it’s not always easy but at the end of the day this location always makes it right and helps me out! Justin was amazing and I hope everyone there has a great holiday!

The worst customer service. Pharmacist and techs lack passion for their job. Worst attitude. Screams I don't wanna work here. It's just a miserable place to visit.

Clerk closed the store 30 minutes early?? Saw me outside and didn't do anything. Posted signs online and outside the store read closes at midnight. Terrible

This place has gone completely downhill. The pharmacy has given up and just does not care. They filled my prescription wrong and when I called they said the pharmacist had to handle it and wasn't available. I called back at the time they suggested and they didn't answer the phone for over an hour. Had me on hold then no answer. Not worth the hassle. If this is the new Walgreens experience , the company is doomed. Time to move on.

The pharmacy is the absolute worst. The pharmacy staff is rude and think they are better than everyone else. Not a single employee cares about getting your medications to you which in turns affects your health. Just awful.

You are much better off going to the nearby CVS for vaccinations as it is significantly faster and has less hassles. Unfortunately, this Walgreens does not honor appointment times and is consistently painfully disorganized and untrustworthy. The store is reckless with patients’ health and health information, and I would avoid it until they improve.

At 8:17 AM when the three people in the pharmacy appeared to be doing rather little, I pulled into the drive through pharmacy lane with my profoundly disabled child. I produced my Driver's License and asked if I could purchase some 30 mg pseudoephedrine tablets, as my child was very sick and quite miserable. The technician told me to come in, to which I told her my child was too sick to come in, as congestion was dripping out of his eyes. I was told to wait a few minutes and then was told the pharmacist said I had to come inside, even though I agreed to put my license through their slot.Needless to say, I drove away and went to their competitor, but interesting how one could pick up a prescribed controlled substance through the drive through pharmacy lane with no identification, but a parent of a child with severe disabilities can not purchase a few over the counter pseudoephedrine tablets with a Driver's License in the same drive through.I encourage others to make the same decision and find more suitable alternatives!

Witnessed a manager verbally abuse an employee while I was checking out. It is a retail job not Alcatraz!!!! I feel really bad for the employee who has to deal with that guy.

Manager mismarked sale items and refused to acknowledge his mistake and laughed at me and was audible badmouthing me to other employees as I was leaving the store. Disgusting store with untrained unprofessional staff.

Disgusting bathrooms!!!!! And it was only 9:00am..dried urine on the seats, which makes me think no one cleaned from the night before! Is this not COVID times?? Just because you have a place giving out vaccines across the street does not mean you do not have to clean still!!!!!! NASTY!

I don't know if I can blame the store or not but I ordered online for car pickup during COVID times. I sat in designated spot in lot and followed instructions to press button that I have arrived. The notice said that I had already picked up my items. So now, I have to go into the store. Wait in a super long line because an employee is buying something on her break chatting with the cashier. Trying to avoid this WHOLE experience to begin with. Finally get waited on and cashier unkindly says, NO your items are still here. No apology that the pick up service did not work. I sent an email to Walgreens and it took over 2 weeks for a response that they'll follow up. I'll just continue shopping online elsewhere and do free home delivery. Super disappointed with the pick up experience.

I filled a prescription at West Caldwell Walgreens and used the app RX I asked the counter person to cheek fir best pricing it was going to be over $70 but the app got it for me at $54.65 when I got home I opened the bottle and took one of the pills. Then I looked at the app myself only to discover the app listed it at Costco for less than $20 also shoprite had itt for $20 I felt I was misinformed and MUGGED I went to the Walgreens to be told we can't refund you the over charged amount... I told them I am disputing the charge. Walgreens is NOT YOUR FRIEND!
