Finding VMC was such a relief. I spent so long trying to find a vet I could trust and were not trying to just find a way to charge for something. They also have a texting number for rx refills or questions that may be able to be answered over the phone without an appointment or if an appointment is recommended. Makes everything so smooth and not stressful!

I have been coming here for years because this is by far the best vet I have ever been to -- they take such good care of our dogs and are super caring. highly recommended!!

Dr. Fedina and his team are very good with our dog Bam Bam. They provide excellent care and recommendations for our challenging pup. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Fedina & company are caring, compassionate people dedicated to your pet and you. My only criticism is they can be difficult to get through to on the phone. Keep trying - they're worth it.

Like several recent reviewers, I have to say I am disgusted with the lack of sympathy the staff showed for our dog on his dying day. Although they have seen him for years, they “had no open appointments” when he had a stroke, was in frantic pain, and needed to be immediately euthanized. I was only told, with no compassion, that “if I thought it was serious I might want to think about taking him to an ER”. Luckily I found the AERA nearby - they could not have been more kind or compassionate. They soothed the trauma of being abandoned by our own vet in our dogs hour if need. I have liked the vets at Dr Fedina’s place in the past, but some (not all!!)of the office staff have been a roadblock on at least two occasions now. I cannot forgive this one.

I knew John Fedina before he opened this business. He saved my puppy's life. He really went above and beyond. Things were OK for awhile. Then I was being directed to other vets there. I was following him, no one else. He got too big. His front end manager is unable to handle the job and things became chaotic and unpleasant. I wish him the best and it hurt to leave but I had no choice. I can see just any vet, anywhere.

We love all of the doctors at Veterinary Medical Center of Caldwell. The front desk staff as well as the vet techs are all great too. Everyone is friendly, compassionate and attentive. We know our dogs are very well cared for and we feel respected as pet parents

I am totally disgusted by the unprofessional and uncaring services I received. They made my distress of having my baby euthanized horrible. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone who cares for their baby. They actually told me they were too busy to accommodate me. This level of care and concern of this place is absolutely horrible. They do not care about animals. All they care about is money. I have absolutely no clue why they have ANY good reviews.

What's the point of having a vet that your dog is comfortable with and being denied when the dog is sick and needs to see a vet? Getting told to go to the ER is a disgrace to the actual care of the animals you treat. Karma will come for this business and I'm sure it will close soon due to the lack of care and doctors here. Since no other Vet wants to work here.

Had so much faith in this place because everyone raves about them , but they didn’t respect my dog who was diagnosed with several issues. We waited for 2 weeks to get answers because “they needed a vet” to tell us what was wrong with our dog. Even though they had the results for over a week!!! Still bitter. And my dog still isn’t okay.
