“I have been taking my dog, meatball to Willowbrook animal clinic since he was about 9 months old and we have been so happy ever since (he is 3 now)! The care and compassion all the workers have for each pet is truly shown each appointment. I highly highly recommend anyone who has any type of pet to go here. I have already recommended so many people and they have had amazing outcomes. Most pets are scared of the vet but not Meatball! “Dr. Bowden helped both of my furry guys so much. The medicinal bath and meds relieved the intense itching for Bennie Pierre. The gentle biopsy will help diagnose the etiology of Nicky Alfredo's folliculitis. Both pets felt comfortable with all of the staff and slept so much better after being seen in AD clinic.”
“Two Saturdays ago I saw Dr. Odelugo with my very sick cat Henry. I'd never seen him before and because my regular vet Dr. Gennace is off on Saturdays and I was very concerned I saw him. I was extremely happy with his personal manner, professionalism and concern for me and my Henry. Unfortunately Henry was worse off than I thought and at Dr. Odelugo's strong suggestion I took him to an animal ER for overnight which verified what he and I feared. My poor Henry passed away at home a few days later. Both he and Dr. Gennace called to offer their condolences. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! So again this week my Ziggy saw Dr. O (Dr. Gennace is on vacation) and tomorrow my Dolly will go in also. Because of what happened with Henry and because they are both showing things that concern me, I didn't want to wait until she came back. Bottom line: I am now so very grateful to have 2 wonderful veterinarians I can depend on when my pets need veterinary care. And the office staff and techs couldn't be nicer. I am very happy I decided on NAH after my long-time (42 yrs) vet retired.”

“Highly recommend Valley Animal Hospital. Have been going there for about five years since I had my first puppy. Dr. Thompson is our main vet and she is always nothing short of phenomenal, always makes us feel welcome, and is receptive to our needs. Dr. Henderson is a fantastic vet and surgeon who supported us while my pup required surgery for a tumor. The staff is always efficient and friendly. The price is reasonable as they are comprehensive with everything they do. Overall, a great experience. I am happy to bring my new puppy there to receive care.”

“If you are looking for an amazing vet or even a place for day care, Pups @ Play is it! They have the most amazing staff who are passionate about all of the dogs that come to them while also treating the pet parents with the same care. I have been through a handful of medical issues with my dogs and have always felt like my concerns were heard and the amount of followup and reassurance that my dogs are in the best care is above and beyond. I only trust my dogs to be treated by pups at play and specifically Dr. Weiner and his staff. They truly are angels and I'm extremely lucky to have found them!”
“When Dr. Dulude moved to Caldwell, it became a longer ride for our furbabies to take - and they're not the biggest fans of carriers and cars. But going to the new office is well worth it. She and her staff are wonderful with our cats, and they're not traumatized by the visit in the least. “I bought my dog here a week after she suffered from diarrhea and vomiting following an event on National Dog Day. Dr. Schmitt , the receptionist and the wonderful staff have done a phenomenal job in helping me and my pomeranian Mocha! They were courteous, friendly, reassuring me that she was going to be okay. They were very gentle with her and patient with me. She was back to normal after a week. I can't thank them enough!”
“I had to find a second vet because my regular vet did not provide the services I needed for one of my cats. I had been to Complete Veterinary Care many years prior for an emergency visit under another vet (Dr. Vorhies) with a different cat. However, it seems the practice changed vets, so I researched Dr. Anacker and he came highly recommended. Dr. Anacker is calm and level-headed. He took me on as a new patient within a couple of days even though he was booked solid for two weeks. He also saw me every 7 to 10 days for several months to give antibiotic shots to my sick cat (and discuss other methods of treatment) even though we both knew my cat Stephen was never going to get well. He always listened carefully and never rushed me out the door. Several times he squeezed me in on the day I called even though he was booked solid. The office always responded in a timely manner and was very cordial. I was also able to provide updates via email. I am so thankful to him. He enabled me to have a few more months with my precious Stephen. I would definitely go back to him again without hesitation.”
“My appointment for my parrot Beto was on July 26, 2024 with Dr. Perez. My partner and I drove 1 hour to take our baby here for his wellness exam, nail clipping and DNA exam (to find out his gender). Dr. Perez was beyond AMAZING. She treated Beto like if he was a real baby, with so much care, passion and love. I can tell immediately Dr. Perez LOVES what she does. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to exotic animals/pets. It was so hard for me to find a local exotic veterinarian in my area, which is why we made the 1 hour drive because Beto's nails needed to be trimmed ASAP and I wanted him to get seen by a knowledgeable doctor. It was so worth it going to this establishment.
Dr. Perez conducted the exam in front of us. Beto was trying to fight Dr. Perez but he calmed down. Once Beto was put back in his cage, he drank water and looked fine. Once we got home, Beto was acting like if nothing ever happened to him an hour before. He was back to being himself.
Beto's vet is no longer in the area which is why I had to find him a new vet. Dr. Perez will be in my area every other week so in the future, we will book ahead of time. Thank you Dr. Perez and the vet technician for taking care of Beto so well during his appointment. Beto was getting so many compliments from Dr. Perez and the vet technician because he is so healthy and well taken care of, it made me feel very special hearing it from the experts in exotic animals.
I highly recommended Dr. Perez to anyone who owns a parrot, macaw, or any exotic pet.”

I can't begin to express how grateful we are for the compassion and care we received from Dr Gonzaga and Kiri today. So hard to say goodbye to our girl but knowing how gently and peacefully Rajah left us made it easier to accept. “It was a Saturday and appts were limited and I called in about my car Bobby unable to urinate regularly and Dr Santiago had me bring Bobby in ASAP. Bobby was hospitalized for 4 days he doing good right now. I'm happy with his service is prices are also affordable which most vets are super expensive.
