I explained the issues with my previous shoes, and Axel provided solutions by scanning my feet to determine the best fit. The results were impressive. “We came here for my daughter’s first pair of shoes. The staff was super friendly and eager to help from the moment we walked in. Joanna is absolutely amazing. She is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and really took the time to assist us. She measured my daughter’s foot, helped us get her shoes on (which can be a challenge with a 14 month old), and gave us advice on which shoes we should get/why some pairs may be better than others. You can tell that she truly cares. My daughter has not wanted to stop walking since her new comfortable shoes!!! So happy! “I had never heard of this company but they had an area rug listed that is discontinued and it was to be a replacement to the one I used to own. I was skeptical of a shoe company I have never heard of selling an area rug but I took the chance. This morning I recoeved a call from a gentleman asking to confirm my address that I had typed incorrectly. He alerted to the problem and acted to immediately reach out and solve it. I am extremely impressed.”
“I have these old pair of heels from my grandmother I was hoping to wear the next day to an event. The rubber sole on the heel was dry rotting and unsafe to wear. Last minute, I called the store asking if they could help. I brought the heels in and 5 minutes later they’re fixed! Super helpful and saved my predicament of what shoes to wear if these hadn’t been fixed. They do other shoe repairs and have a great selection of shoes to buy as well! Super friendly staff too!”
