“Typically, any trip to the post office is associated with a groan, procrastination, then a period of denial. My wife and I couldn't put it off any longer. Holiday gifts had to go and we're in a pandemic. Our local post office was out of the question so we thought, try a new place.So glad we drove to the Park Ave., USPS. Erik was the clerk and he was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Took the time to advise us on our packages and delivery options and we in no way felt rushed. It was hard to imagine we were in a United States Post Office. Haven't had an experience like that in decades.Parking is fairly easy, lines were not very long despite holiday season rush on a Saturday morning. Also, there is disabled parking (which I utilized), directly in front as well as wheelchair ramp access for those who require it.Stay safe and be well...”

Today I had a box I didn’t realize had to be shipped FedEx and they taped it up for me and put the label on for me without me even asking so I could take it over to FedEx. Thanks so much! I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress trying to return that particular item so that little gesture made my day a lot better.”

“I ran in right before closing, at around 6:28, was having trouble getting QR code for an Amazon return. The clerks were respectful, patient and helpful and kept the store open a few minutes late. They helped me find the QR code and package one of the packages correctly. Much better than other shipping service store clerks around town. Would definitely recommend. The appreciation just can't be put in words.”

“I moved from Doha, Qatar to Pensacola, Florida USA. At first I was a little suspicious of all shipping companies in Qatar, "Universal Relocations" included. This company really did a good job. My shipping took longer to arrive than expected but I got everything and Mohammed and his team did great. I was worried something bad was going to happen with customs or tracking once my shipment got to the USA but the company assured me that everything was ok and provided me information. Everything was packed well. They made a special box to ship a painting that I wanted to take with me and it worked out well. They were the cheapest quote I could find and I was not disappointed. Unlike many similar services, Mail Box Store was willing to send with USPS Media Mail after careful packing. Pickup was quick and efficient, packing was excellent and the price was exceptional reasonable - they did not charge for pick-up (!), only packing and shipping.Don't outthink this. Mail Box Store provides a high level of service which has all but vanished at an exceptionally fair price. This should (and will) become your go-to company for your packing needs.”

She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. Until Jen in the print shop caught a spelling error in some posters I was getting printed and reached out to me to allow me to get it corrected before printing. Superb service, saved me time and money and we had a good laugh about it. I’ve always used this store out of convenience, but was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail and level of customer service from the crew here.”
