“It’s been impossible to find a groomer that could handle Ollie who (to say the least) is extremely difficult to work with. But the groomer did a fantastic job! She looks amazing and somehow still has length on her tail despite her and it being covered in mats! We are EXTREMELY grateful! Thank you guys!”

She made the entire process go very smoothly; from beginning till end. It was naturally, a comforting and pleasant experience. “I love this store! First of all, it isn't a big box pet store, but independently owned and run. They have a great selection of products that are different from what I can find elsewhere. So, I always make a point of coming by to pick up foods that my cats love. The staff is friendly and there is a frequent shopper card you can sign up for with discounts. Highly recommended!”

“I went to see what they had. They have a wide variety of dog and cat foods and products. There are not very many fish supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have very cool looking dog washing stations! (I do not have a dog, but it seems like this could have been easier than my bathtub when we did have a dog.)”
“I get all my cat supply goods from Brookdale Pet Center. My cat is a fiend for the Weruva 'Cat Times At The Fridgemont' duck & tuna wet food pouches and the frozen raw Primal Venison Nuggets. They tend to have both every time I visit, so my cat gets to keep on his healthy diet.Plus, they offer great snacks, toys, and unique options like CBD oil, which is super helpful if you have an anxious or stressed pet.If I'm super lazy I can arrange for delivery, too. Sometimes, I don't feel like picking up a 40lb bag of pellet litter, so that's really convenient.I am happy to shop here as they carry thoughtful, quality products for my cat's needs.”

“I LOVE this store! Has more than just the basics. Its so close to my home, I could throw a rock and hit it ? They have a great selection of dog and cat food at competitive prices. Staff is friendly and have also been super helpful. Definitely reccomend going to PLO over tge big chains. Parking is super easy and uou don't have to wait around for a space. “After reading many of the comments and stopping at the store myself twice I can see what people are complaining about the poor customer service, but I feel we are also living in a world that any constructive criticism or feedback given to anyone has to be with a huge smile and bubbly personality. This is an Awesome fish shop where all the fish are well kept and in a clean environment. Their coral selection is amazing and yes some are very expensive, but it's part of the hobby specially with the rare coral and fish species in this store. Every one of the guys seems to be very knowledgeable and tell you exactly what you need. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone. Also they sell saltwater and freshwater super cheap .”
“Best place to go!! I have a 1y old Shitzu who is very scared of water and grooming in general. Since the first time a made very clear that he is very scared to the point that he doesn’t want to let go of me and start to shake. Everyone was very friendly, had patience and made me feel very comfortable on letting my baby there. “I live in Fair Lawn, NJ, never San Francisco. Jennifer consistently makes my dogs clean and fresh. She gives haircuts that. She makes the dogs look consistently great. She has a gentle touch., and does her best not to cut the hair too short, even when I have not combed them enough between visits. I can only say positive things about her techniques and also, Jennifer's kind and friendly manner. My doggies love her!”
