Absolutely lovely instructors and facility! This was my first experience with yoga and the instructors make it easy to follow along regardless of your level.

This has been a WONDERFUL journey. Every time I leave training, I feel more knowledgeable, uplifted, and like a sponge that has soaked up so much information. Wonderful group lead by a wonderful dynamic teaching duo, with A+ workshop instructors.
