“Hipolito opened at 7AM because I had a garment that needed altering for an even the next day. He is professional, courteous and kind. I so appreciate that he accommodated me early before business hours. WHO does that? He does. I can't wait to see the finished product. He was explaining to me what needed to be done; the garment is sequins all over and lined. I know how much work it will be to make what is already beautiful spectacular. “I have gone to many dry cleaners, but hands-down this one is the best. If I ever have a problem there quick to fix it, I had a stain for the longest on one of my favorite shirts and magically they were able to get it off. The people there are so sweet and very nice and always willing to help. I also have my clothes for wash and fold and they always come out perfect, The girls there are also very nice and sweet. They always call me when my clothes are done and they always work with my crazy schedule. I have never experienced such an amazing team like this one. One time I couldn’t pick up my dry cleaning or my washing fold and they were able to deliver it to me. Thank you so much for making my life a lot easier.”

“Wonderful staff. Did a beautiful job removing stains from two of my daughter's expensive evening wear. It was a rushed situation but they promised two days before her affair.They also found a small hole in the sweater sleeve. The lady owner found it and she ended at no extra cost. You cannot find the hole. They mended it at no extra cost as they stated one price to me. They are honest, accommodating as much as they can be in order to provide excellent service.Good parking and reasonable cleaning rates.”

The halibut entree was perfectly prepared and the chicken-fried wild mushrooms were so tasty. Beverly ups the game for others in Montclair! She is a creative chef and runs a wonderful restaurant. BYOB makes it an excellent choice!”

“My friend sneakers (DIORS) were RUIN after a party with people spills just about everything on them. to make matters worse my friend also felt and red bodily fluid unbeknownst to me was also dried up on the sneakers as well and NESTY were Able to get all the stains out completely restoring the sneakers as if Dior gave her a new pair... NESTY IS THE BEST... it's also located in a great section in Paterson.... the owner was sooooooo professional and he was completed on the date indicated... THEREFORE.. before you throw away your sneakers or UGGS... please go to Nesty to remove ALL STAINS.. you will be amazed... REAL PERSON... please feel free to email me [email protected] i know people be lying I have integrity... I felt horrible I didn't have a tip because he did such a great job.... “This is the best dry cleaners that I have done business with during my lifetime. I dropped off a half dozen items to be laundered. Of these items, there was a two- piece dress with jacket that was purchased by my late husband. The jacket was trimmed in what appeared to be black leather but turned out to be plastic. Over the years, the plastic became fragile. I happened to wear the dress while working as a background actor and noticed the peeling of plastic. When I dropped off my clothes, it was explained to me that they could not repair the jacket. They suggested that I take it to an establishment who specializes in handling such repairs. When I picked up my laundry, I left it on my valet. I did not want to deal with the jacket. Almost two months have passed since I touched my laundered clothes. Today, I decided to put the clothes into my closet, and I was SHOCKED! I cried! Choi's Valley Cleaners had removed ALL of the plastic from around the collar running down the front of the jacket, the pockets and the sleeves with black fabric. They never said anything to me when I picked up my laundry. Rather, they pulled all my clothing together and I paid. The person who helped me smiled and said have a nice day. Choi's Valley Cleaners went beyond customer service. I will be grateful to them the rest of my life. They understood how important the dress was to me and went out of their way to preserve it. Choi's Valley Cleaners is a jewel!”

“I just moved to the area about a year ago. It is ridiculous that the staff is afraid to ask people to release a cart with their laundry bags and detergent in them. Correction ONLY Shawn would get me a cart, the only thing is his shift be packed, but with his help, i am in and out...Now I go there this morning to find 2 exit doors broken (fire hazard) etc. Now I have to travel further and spend more money for my safety very disappointed. Fix these issues. I will return to your business.”
“I have always done well with Milano Cleaners. My clothes come back when they are promised and my garments are carefully prepared. The prices are on par with similar cleaners as well. Love that they provide on site parking making dropping off and picking up very easy.”

“They are great I have spent Hundreds of dollars on wash & fold.They have never made a mistake until the other day when they lost my robe . I confronted the owner respectfully about the situation and he told me that they reweigh everything and that I was wrong. After patronizing his establishment for at least 4 years. How do you misplace a bathrobe? The belt to the robe was in the bag, but no robe. I believe I should be compensated for my loss. I will never go back again. Don’t get me wrong the young ladies that work there are great, but the owner shows very little compassion for good paying customers.”

“Interesting set of reviews, but most are old. I've been using this cleaner for about a year, since Jeannette's closed. I've only brought shirts and white lab coats, but they have done a consistently good job on all of them. Yes, it's expensive, but it's convenient, and I don't know for a fact that anybody else is significantly cheaper.”
