My family bought many appliances here over the years (decades) with satisfaction and good customer service. In the last week I called to inquire about purchasing a GE electric oven. The one we have has a broken glass top that cannot be replaced.I called and gave the details of my stove to Missy who promised me someone would call me back after they researched it. I clarified it was somewhat urgent as I’ve had no oven for several weeks.I called again several hours later and was again told I’d receive a call back soon.It’s the following Monday and I called again. First got a fax tone. Waited and tried again. Rang a long time, no answer.Giving up.

Needed a thermal fuse for a 90s Whirlpool gas dryer that wouldn't heat up. They had the part, set aside for me when I called, and I had my dryer working again within half and hour. A+.

My family always went to Bloomfield Appliance when I grew up in Roseland but I had not been to the store in decades. My refrigerator was not working and I had scheduled a repair but the repair was not done well (don't use Sears Home Service). I dropped by the store yesterday just as a precaution to check with Steve about refrigerator options. He had a Whirlpool floor model that is perfect for me. Ten minutes and purchase made. I will continue to patronize this store. I love supporting local, small businesses and it was just serendipitous. Thanks Steve!

Purchased a GE side by side refrigerator...delivery in short time and the installers were excellent. Tough install because it’s a very large item and they had to remove storm and front door...then maneuver into space which didn’t leave any room for error...top drawer results...perfect. Thank you Steve for successful transaction.
