“We are so thankful to Dr. Duhr and staff. We had been to a different Vet Hospital 4 times and they couldn't find out what was wrong with our girl . We went to Dr. Duhr and he ran tests and found immediately that she has cancer tumors and he put her on medication and she is doing so much better. She is moving around more and is comfortable with the medication. We know she doesn't have long but she will not be in Pain or Sad now. We are so grateful. “I had to find a second vet because my regular vet did not provide the services I needed for one of my cats. I had been to Complete Veterinary Care many years prior for an emergency visit under another vet (Dr. Vorhies) with a different cat. However, it seems the practice changed vets, so I researched Dr. Anacker and he came highly recommended. Dr. Anacker is calm and level-headed. He took me on as a new patient within a couple of days even though he was booked solid for two weeks. He also saw me every 7 to 10 days for several months to give antibiotic shots to my sick cat (and discuss other methods of treatment) even though we both knew my cat Stephen was never going to get well. He always listened carefully and never rushed me out the door. Several times he squeezed me in on the day I called even though he was booked solid. The office always responded in a timely manner and was very cordial. I was also able to provide updates via email. I am so thankful to him. He enabled me to have a few more months with my precious Stephen. I would definitely go back to him again without hesitation.”

“My appointment for my parrot Beto was on July 26, 2024 with Dr. Perez. My partner and I drove 1 hour to take our baby here for his wellness exam, nail clipping and DNA exam (to find out his gender). Dr. Perez was beyond AMAZING. She treated Beto like if he was a real baby, with so much care, passion and love. I can tell immediately Dr. Perez LOVES what she does. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to exotic animals/pets. It was so hard for me to find a local exotic veterinarian in my area, which is why we made the 1 hour drive because Beto's nails needed to be trimmed ASAP and I wanted him to get seen by a knowledgeable doctor. It was so worth it going to this establishment.
Dr. Perez conducted the exam in front of us. Beto was trying to fight Dr. Perez but he calmed down. Once Beto was put back in his cage, he drank water and looked fine. Once we got home, Beto was acting like if nothing ever happened to him an hour before. He was back to being himself.
Beto's vet is no longer in the area which is why I had to find him a new vet. Dr. Perez will be in my area every other week so in the future, we will book ahead of time. Thank you Dr. Perez and the vet technician for taking care of Beto so well during his appointment. Beto was getting so many compliments from Dr. Perez and the vet technician because he is so healthy and well taken care of, it made me feel very special hearing it from the experts in exotic animals.
I highly recommended Dr. Perez to anyone who owns a parrot, macaw, or any exotic pet.”

“My precious 17 years old cat Buddy has IBD and had a blockage and needed to see a vet immediately. My vet of 25 years would not see us. I called the nearest veterinary service which was Pompton Animal hospital. They took me in that Monday morning and Buddy was taken care of by Dr. Cattiny. Dr. Cattiny is a bigger than life personality with genuine kindness and a caring positive demeanor. I felt Buddy was in great hands. The staff was very busy but it was a happy busy. “I've been to numerous Vets with my dog Smokey but once I tried Butler Veterinary Hospital I knew I found a great place. Dr. Sereda and Dr. Garro are amazing with my dog . especially Dr. Sereda who has been taking the most care of my dog. She is patient , very knowledgeable, Very informative and She gives me so much comfort and information . She has no problem answering all of my questions and concerns . I love the way she is with my Smokey. I can't say enough about this place .
Even when my visit is over they continue to care about your pet and they call and check up on how they are doing and feeling. No vet has ever done this before and I love this about them . The staff at the front desk when walking in is extremely friendly and welcoming . I highly recommend this Vet to any pet parent !!”
