I've only been here once, but the staff was OK. They seemed to push you into something different than what you want but maybe it's just because they lack the skills to do things like design. Everything is an up charge so be careful and ask for a total before you have services performed.

I never leave bad reviews. I actually downloaded yelp just to write this review. Disappointed is an understatement. I got a gel fill with a French manicure and this is probably the worst set Iv gotten in my life. I tried to convince myself it was ok but every nail is a different shape and the French polish isn't even at all. I can still see the yellow polish I had on previously in some of my nails. Overpriced for the quality of these nails.

Pay attention to reviews before you go! my pedicure was fine, but I got a new set of gel tips. they are horrible! They are thick, fat and wide! definitely not anywhere close to natural looking. Not attractive or elegant. I won't be going back.

I am overly considerate when it comes to the technicians because I know that it is hard work/long days. I was surprised when I stated that the technician did not provide the paid for 10 minute massage after the mani/pedi package. Spitefully, she refused her tip of $20 on a $60 dollar bill. Geez. I was enjoying everything until the end. I left the $20 but I will not be back.Services: Foot massage

Terrible.Salon was completely empty and i was being rushed. The job was poorly done so obviously I didn't stick around.I get manis all the time and this was by far the worse one.1/10 would not recommend

Whenever I see mixed reviews, I am motivated to try a new place for myself. I am glad I did. Mary gave me a very nice pedicure, I have zero complaints. They have a huge selection of polish colors. 4 stars not 5 because the $27.00 pedicure price is the most I have seen in this area. No sugar scrub but lotion and leg/foot massage. This place is good. It was clean. It is appointment only. Masks are optional. All employees had them on. Prices are to be expected. It got 4 stars and not 5 because I found the employees pushy on selecting your color. They asked multiple times for her finger polish color to my friend when her toes weren't even done. We are there to relax, give us time. We will let you know when we are ready, especially if the facility isn't crowded or busy.

Worst nail set I have ever had. The process to lengthen my nails was so painful. I explained that my nails were weak and brittle from wearing acrylic for so long, but the nail tech completely disregarded what I mentioned. She was extremely slow and not accommodating. The amount of time it took for her to lengthen my nails and shape them, I could have gotten a full set and been out of the door somewhere else. Ester did a terrible job painting my nails, she didn't paint anywhere close to my cuticles...Not to mention, my nails were ill shaped and each nail looked completely different. My pedicure was much more relaxed but still not quality work. The cashier gave me $20 off but I still spent over $100 and had to go get my nails fixed one week later.

I've been to many local nail salons as I get a pedicure monthly and usually try somewhere new each time. This place stands out as one of the best I've ever been to! I suffer from extremely dry skin and calluses on my feet. the man who did my pedicure took his time (Which is a rarity with many local nail spas that I've tried) and my feet felt amazing by the time he was finished. The place is also very comfortable, clean and feels like a spa. I have found my new favorite place and will continue to visit Spazio which is a 25 minute drive from my home.Only con that I can think of is they do not allow tips on the credit card, so I had to pay an extra fee to use their ATM for tip.Service: Pedicure

I was so pleased to get an appointment (for regular gel) so quickly and had a professional, clean and overall enjoyable experience. The best nail salon I’ve tried so far in the immediate area. Gel shade is #011 it’s held up so perfectly. I’ll definitely visit again soon.
