This animal hospital is all about money. When Dr. Sova owned it, there was compassion and you walked out with more knowledge about your pet and felt confident about putting your pets life In their care. . Under the new management, , you pay just to walk in. I Dr. Ameraal's office manager needs training on customer service and is extremely rude. Behind closed doors she treats customers so demeaning I'm not sure if they are aware of she would be fired. The office staff is abrupt; no one seems to love their job. I will say the vet techs are outstanding, though. If you have unlimited funds, I would say this is the place to go.

Knowledgable staff, easy to get an appointment and beautiful office. State of the art diagnostic testing in house. Ultrasound is done in the hospital along with dental cleanings and X-rays.

Dr. Sova & Dr. A and the girls that work for them are just wonderful people, very compassionate, very knowledgeable and they take good care of my baby girl. I highly recommend them. I've been to other vets and no one compares to these Dr's. I will never go anywhere else.

I had a bad experience with these vets. My dog was having issues with sores on his paws, and the vet couldn't figure out what was wrong. He even suggested doing an x-ray of the paw, which seemed like a strange and unnecessary recommendation. When I asked about a tumor on my dog's back, the vet also couldn't provide a clear answer. It's disappointing when it seems like vets are more focused on making money than actually helping animals. Unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience with them

Awesome place...I've been going to Sova Animal Hospital for 40 years at least....Many a Cat and dog went through there...Thank you as always for showing care and compassion.....

Dr. Amersaal, his front desk and tech team are knowledgeable and helpful. The Dr. gives thorough and honest pet health assessments. They helped me with the difficult transitions my senior had to go through, and now many months later they’re treating my new puppy. I highly recommend and my dogs have been patients here for four years.

We have been using Sova animal hospital since 2019 when we moved up here. This is clearly the best animal hospital we have ever used and our dogs have been to many veterinary practices. Our dogs have seen Dr Sova, Dr Ammeraal and Dr Ross. All of them are excellent doctors. The other staff are always helpful with everything. I highly recommend using Sova animal hospital.

Dr Ameraal has been my Veterinarian for 10 years. He is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. He has taken good care of my dogs through many types of medical situations. He and the staff at Sova Animal Hispital are great!

Sova animal hospital is the best .we switched here about two years ago and was the best choice we made . They are very helpful and compassionate. They reply quickly and text you with updates which is amazing

Dr. Sova and his team did a fabulous job making our cat Diego feel comfortable and cared for during his annual visit. We recently moved across the country and were nervous trusting a new vet but the Sova team instantly made us feel welcomed and in good hands. Diego was extra sweet to the team too! 10/10

Do yourself a favor a find a vet that cares. They refused to refill my dogs anti seizure medication as I was out of town attending a funeral because he hasn’t been seen in a year. Great way to be compassionate, exposing a dog to withdrawals! They love to use the “by law”, there is no law requiring my dog to be seen yearly! Also I was told they were trying to “accommodate “ but because I hung up they were unable to accommodate? You call someone who’s telling you they are attending a funeral and expecting them to be nice knowing my dog is about to get really sick because of you?! First of all a dog with seizures shouldn’t be vaccinated for rabies to begin with! Dr A and his team have a long way to go! They DO NOT CARE!
Then they proceed to accuse me of verbal abuse when caught on a lie. So it is required by law or practice policy? This people will lie to your face.

Lisa and Dr. A will lie to straight to your face and then try to cover up their tracks. He insisted on rabies vaccinating a dog with seizures. this guys cares less about your pet, only thing they care about how much money you spend. They will paster yo with calls as soon as your pet is due for blood work or exam! They Love to threat you with their "by law" line to enforce treatments and procedures. Find yourself a vet that actually cares! Hence why they always have appointments available. Don't be fooled by google reviews. They refused to fill my dogs anti seizure medication as I was out of town attending a funeral. There goes the compassionate Vet and his staff.

Cooper loves going to Sova. Everyone is very nice and professional. The technician are very attentive to my doggie and Veterinarian answers my 1000 questions without rushing me out. This is important since I am a new pet owner. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thanks Sova staff!
